Swelling and pain from knee to ankle and stiffness in morning and evening times ,can'tstand for long periods and sit crossed one legI can'tmake it fully straight while walking or sitting

your symptoms—swelling, pain from knee to ankle, stiffness in morning and evening, difficulty standing, and limited movement—can be interpreted as an imbalance of Vata dosha, often with involvement of Kapha. ——Internal Medicines: 1) Muscalt Forte Tablets – 1 tablet twice daily after meals 2) Muscalt Forte Syrup – 15 ml twice daily after meals 3) Boniheal Suspension – 10 ml once daily after meals —External Application: 4)Muscalt Forte Oil Spray – 2–3 sprays on affected knee 2–3 times/day, gently massage 5) trifla Tablet 1 tab at night Lifestyle & Diet: Warm, cooked foods; avoid cold/processed foods Gentle knee massage with sesame oil before bath Light walking or yoga after pain relief Precautions: Severe swelling, redness, heat, or inability to walk → Panchakarma therapies will be recommended for better results and relief Improvement may take 4–8 weeks

Your symptoms suggest vata and aam imbalance affecting joints, leading to stiffness and swelling. It shows vata dosh imbalance as pain, stiffness. Kapha dosh imbalance as morning stiffness. Aam accumulation suggest swelling. Condition may be Sandhi vata ( osteoarthritis) Aam vata( similar to rheumatoid arthritis) I prefer investigation:- C-REACTIVE PROTEIN. RA FACTOR. RX- maharasnaadi kwath -10ml after food twice daily for 15 days. It reduced inflammation. Simhanad gugglu 2 tablets twice a day with lukewarm water after meal. Dashmool kwath for swelling and pain. 10ml twice a day with lukewarm water. Trikatu churna 1-2 gms daily twice a day before meal (15-20 minutes) with lukewarm water. Avoid Cold , heavy , spicy and oily food which are heavy to digest and make aam in body . Avoid prolonged standing and sitting. Gentle yoga knee stretching and rotations will help.
