Rosacea ko Ayurveda mein Pitta dosha ki problem mana jata hai. Jab Pitta zyada badh jata hai to skin mein redness, burning aur irritation hoti hai. Is liye treatment ka main goal Pitta ko shaant karna hai. — is ke liye aap thandi aur soothing herbal cheezen use karein jaise aloe vera, gulab jal (rose water), aur neem. Tez, garam aur chemical wale products avoid karein. — diet mein bhi thandi cheezen lein (jaise kheera, dahi, nariyal pani) aur spicy, oily aur fried food kam karein. –Rx: 1) Aimil Pharma Lukol Tablets 2 tablets BD after meals 2) Aimil Pharma Safi Syrup 10 ml BD with water 3) Aimil Pharma Aloe Vera Gel (Aimil) Local application BD (thin layer on affected area) 4) Manjishthadi kwath 15 ml twice a day with equal amount of water — Advice: Avoid spicy, fried, hot foods Take cooling diet (cucumber, coconut water) Avoid sun exposure & harsh cosmetics —Follow-up: After 2 weeks

honestly, your routine is already quite good, and the fact that you’re still not improving means: – This is not just a skin problem — it’s internal (gut + inflammation related) which matches what you said about stomach issues. -Your skincare is correct (cleanser + moisturizer + sunscreen) Azelaic acid not working = your rosacea is deeper (internal Pitta issue) Over-treating skin will make it worse - So now focus = gut + soothing + patience — have it 1. Safi (Hamdard) 10 ml at night with water 2. Isabgol (Psyllium husk) 1 tsp at night in water 3. Aloe Vera Juice 20 ml empty stomach morning — for external Continue your cleanser + moisturizer + sunscreen Use fresh aloe vera gel at night (instead of too many creams) Stop experimenting

It is due to aggravation of Pitta and Rakhta dosha in your body Since you are experienceing a burning sensation and severe redness so we will focus on pacifying your burning and blood purification 1) Mahamanjishtadi Kwatham- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food 2) Sukumaram Kashayam- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food 3) Arogyavardhini Vati -1 tablet twice daily after food 4) Guggulutiktaka Ghritam- one teaspoon early morning empty stomach 5) Eladi Keratailam- apply gently 30 minutes before bath 6) Nalpamaradi Keratailam- apply on affected area before bed 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Avoid Spices: Green/red chilies, garlic, onion, and excessive ginger. Sour Foods: Curd (especially at night), pickles, vinegar, and citrus fruits. Fermented Items: Idli, dosa, and bakery products. Stimulants: Tea, coffee, and alcohol. Sun Protection: using a cotton scarf or a wide-brimmed hat. Use only lukewarm or room-temperature water for the face. Avoid hot water or steam. Practicing Sheetali Pranayama for 5-10 minutes daily can help reduce systemic heat.

Hello It sounds like your skin is quite sensitized from using too many products. In Ayurveda, Rosacea is often viewed as a Pitta-Rakta imbalance, where excess heat (Pitta) enters the blood (Rakta), leading to inflammation and redness. When Azelaic acid doesn’t yield results, the focus shifts from “scrubbing away” the problem to cooling the internal heat and soothing the external skin barrier. The Cause: High Pitta caused by stress, spicy food, or harsh chemicals. The Strategy: Stambhana (soothing) and Rakta Prasadana (blood purification). Avoid hot water on the face and keep your skincare routine very minimal. 1. Winsoria Oil (External Application) Why: A very gentle, cooling oil that helps reduce redness and inflammation without harsh chemicals. Dose: Apply a few drops gently over the affected area 30 minutes before bathing, then wash off with plain, room-temperature water. 2. Khadirarishtam (Internal Liquid) Why: A classic blood purifier that helps clear the “heat” from the blood which manifests as skin redness. Dose: 15ml to 25ml mixed with an equal amount of lukewarm water, twice daily after meals. 3. Manjishtadi Kwath (Internal Tablet/Liquid) Why: Specifically targets skin inflammatory conditions and helps detoxify the liver and blood. Dose: If using the tablet (Kashayam Tablet), take 2 tablets twice daily before food. If liquid, 15ml with equal water before food. Aloe Vera: Use fresh, pure Aloe Vera gel as a nightly mask. It is naturally cooling. Rose Water: Mist your face with pure chilled rose water throughout the day to keep the skin temperature down. Neem Water: Wash your face with water boiled with Neem leaves (once cooled) to reduce bacterial activity without irritation.

this kind of rosacea usually happens due to pitta imbalance along with rakta dushti especially when there is constant redness, burning and oily sensitive skin, using too many products can further irritate the skin and worsen the condition since azelaic acid is not helping much, we need to calm the internal heat and reduce skin sensitivity from within rather than only external application i would suggest medicines like mahamanjisthadi kwath or sarivadyasava which can support blood purification and reduce redness when taken with proper digestion, along with gandhak rasayan in mild dose can help in skin soothing externally keep it very simple, avoid using multiple products, you can apply fresh aloe vera gel or rose water with a little sandalwood powder as a gentle soothing pack, do not rub or over cleanse the skin avoid spicy, oily, fermented and very hot foods as they increase pitta, include cooling foods like cucumber, bottle gourd, coconut water and maintain good hydration also avoid direct sun exposure, heat and hot water on face, wash face with normal or slightly cool water only with consistency and minimal skin irritation, the redness and burning can gradually come under control Heartful pranams Dr Raghuveer SN (Ayurvedacharya)

As you have mentioned you reside in Pakistan, simple home remedies can be done for rosacea focusing on cooling and soothing the skin. For external use, cold raw milk with mulethi with chandan powder make a paste, apply gently leave it for 10–15 minutes, then wash with normal water. This helps reduce redness and burning. Fresh aloe vera gel is also very useful. Apply a thin layer at night. It has a cooling and anti-inflammatory effect and helps calm irritated skin. For internal support, coriander (dhania)+ saunf (fennels) water can be taken. Soak 1 teaspoon seeds overnight, boil in the morning, strain and drink. Avoid spicy, fried, and very hot foods, excess tea/coffee, direct sun exposure, and washing face with hot water. Keep the skincare routine minimal and avoid rubbing or scrubbing the skin. Do not use lemon, baking soda, harsh scrubs, or too many products together, as these can worsen rosacea. If symptoms are severe and not improving in 2–3 weeks, then proper medical or Ayurvedic treatment may be required. Consistency with simple remedies and avoiding triggers is the key.
