Your symptoms shows a vata imbalance affecting Apana vayu leading to delayed and slow urine flow. Even when reports are normal Take Chandraprabha gulika two tablets twice daily after food with warm water Gokahuradi guggulu two tablet twice daily after Varunadi kashayam 15 ML with 45ML of water twice daily after meals Avoid holding urine, reduce, take coffee, take warm water. This will gradually improve urine flow and bladder function.

Hello, To address slow urine flow (hesitancy) and a creatinine level of 1.5 mg/dL from an Ayurvedic perspective, the focus is on clearing Mutravaha Srotas (urinary channels) and balancing Apana Vayu, which governs elimination. Since your creatinine is slightly elevated (1.5 mg/dL is often above the standard reference range of 0.7 to 1.3 mg/dL), it is important to use nephroprotective herbs that also improve flow. In Ayurveda, this condition is often categorized under Mutraghata (urinary obstruction) or Mutrakricchra (dysuria). The goal is to reduce inflammation, improve the tone of the bladder, and ensure the downward movement of Vayu. 1. Punarnavadi Kwath (Liquid) This is a potent diuretic and nephroprotective formula that helps reduce creatinine levels and improves urine output. Dose: 15 ml mixed with 45 ml of lukewarm water, twice daily, 30 minutes before food. 2. Vastyamayantaka Ghritam A premium medicated ghee specifically for diseases of the urinary bladder and prostate-related flow issues. Dose: 1 teaspoon (approx. 5–10g) followed by a little warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Chandraprabha Vati Though a tablet, if you prefer the liquid/lehyam alternative for the same effect: 4. Sukumarum Kwath Helps in relieving the pressure in the lower abdomen and eases the flow. Dose: 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water, twice daily before food.

Your case is a bit important to handle carefully — because slow urine flow + delayed start (hesitancy), even if recent, should not be treated blindly with random medicines. You’ve already done a good step by getting ultrasound (normal prostate/kidney/liver). Creatinine 1.5 is slightly on the higher side, so we should be a little cautious. what your symptoms suggest Based on what you wrote: slow stream urine comes late (hesitancy) no burning, no urgency, no pain This usually points towards: early bladder outlet resistance (not necessarily prostate enlargement yet) temporary urinary tract spasm sometimes stress / nervous system related bladder delay less commonly early infection without symptoms Since it is < 1 week, many times it is functional and reversible about the medicines you are taking Neeri KFT → mainly works for kidney cleansing, stones, mild UTI Himalaya Punarnava → helps swelling, kidney support These are not very strong for urine flow obstruction / hesitancy, so it’s expected you are not getting relief. Focus should be on mutravaha srotas + vata regulation You can consider: 1. chandraprabha vati – 1 tab twice daily after food 2. Rasayan churna 5 gm twice daily 3. varunadi kwath – 15–20 ml with water, empty stomach These help in: Improving urine flow reducing obstruction / spasm supporting bladder function 2. Simple home measures (very important) drink lukewarm water, not cold avoid holding urine at any cost sit in warm water (sitz bath) for 10–15 min once daily avoid: excessive tea/coffee very spicy food alcohol (if applicable) 3. one simple test you may still consider Even if ultrasound is normal, do: urine routine & microscopy Just to rule out silent infection.

Hello I can understand your concern. Having slow urine flow even after normal reports can be frustrating, especially when medicines are not giving expected relief. In your case, since kidney, liver, and prostate reports are normal, this is most likely due to functional urinary obstruction or bladder muscle weakness, which in Ayurveda is related to Vata imbalance affecting urinary flow. Creatinine 1.5 also suggests we should support kidney function gently. So the focus should be on improving urine flow, reducing obstruction, and strengthening urinary system. Start Chandraprabha Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Gokshuradi Guggulu 1 tablet twice daily after food Varunadi Kashayam 15 ml twice daily with equal water before food Drink adequate warm water and do not hold urine for long time. Avoid very spicy food, excess salt, and packaged foods as they can irritate urinary tract. You can also take coconut water 3–4 times a week to support urinary health. If urine flow is still very slow or you feel incomplete emptying, then a uroflowmetry test can help to assess bladder function more clearly. With proper treatment, this condition can be improved gradually. Warm Regards Dr Raghuveer SN

I understand your concern — slow urine flow and delay can feel very uncomfortable, especially when reports are mostly normal. You’ve done the right thing by getting ultrasound and checking creatinine. Medicines like: neeri kft punarnava are mainly diuretic (increase urine production) They don’t improve urine flow strength or delay This is why you’re not getting relief We need medicines that: ✔ improve urine flow ✔ relax bladder outlet ✔ balance Vata chandraprabha vati Dose: 2 tablets twice daily after food Works on urinary flow + bladder tone varunadi kwath 15 ml with equal water, twice daily before food Helps remove obstruction and improves flow gokshuradi guggulu 1 tablet twice daily Helps in urinary tract strength (but use cautiously if you had earlier vein dilation issue) If you suspect gokshuradi caused vascular issues earlier → avoid and continue only first two Drink warm water, avoid very cold water Sit and relax while urinating (don’t rush) Do mild abdominal heat (warm compress) once daily Avoid: excess tea/coffee very spicy food (increases irritation) Since your issue is very recent (only few days), this is likely reversible quickly with correct medicines. Please start the above Ayurvedic treatment regularly and observe the response. Follow-up after 2–3 weeks is very important so we can assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments in medicines or dosage. Take care
