●Okay, understanding your problem, I am giving some advice. all these problems are due to lack of sugar control. The blood supply to your legs is reduced due to blockage in the veins, causing burning pain and gangrene. 1st you have to control your sugar level and then treatment for burning legs. ●Massages Use warm medicated oils such as Ksheerbala or Mahanarayan Oil - apply gently to affected areas. Massage not only improves circulation but also provides warmth and soothes aggravated nerves. It’s best performed in the evenings, where your body can relax properly afterward.People with hyperglycaemia experience the frequent urge to urinate because of high blood sugar levels. Taking this Ayurvedic medicine for polyuria may help reduce trips to the restroom. ●Glymin Plus Tablets- 2 tablets 2 times a day after food. ●Nisakathakadi Kwath Tablet-These hyperglycemia tablets are known to bring down blood sugar levels to normal. Taking this tablet for high blood sugar may also reduce swelling in the feet, which is one of the common symptoms of diabetes. The natural ingredients in these tablets help pacify Pitta and Kapha dosha and regulate glucose levels in the blood. ●Gulguluthikthakam Kwath is a natural treatment for gout and can be supplemented with external treatments. It is helpful in reducing inflammatory conditions of skin, joints, and bones. An excellent Vata and Kapha pacifier, Gulguluthikthakam Kwath is beneficial in: Nerve-related diseases

Hello, Here I’ll suggest you medicines and some tips for your specific condition… Try your best to follow this… 1. Ksheerabala 101 Capsules Takes 1 capsule twice daily before food. This helps soothe the burning sensation and supports nerve health. 2. Mahatiktakam Kwath Take 15 ml mixed with 45 ml of lukewarm water twice daily on an empty stomach. This is a potent blood purifier that helps manage skin ulcers and inflammation. 3. Pinda Thailam (External) Apply gently over the legs where you feel the burning sensation (avoiding open wounds or black blisters). It is cooling and specifically indicated for burning pain. 4. Jatyadi Ghritam (External) If the black blisters open or become ulcers, this medicated ghee is used to promote healing and prevent infection. Immediate Steps to Take Check your Blood Sugar: High glucose levels prevent healing and fuel the spread of gangrene. Foot Hygiene: Do not apply hot water to the burning areas, as diabetic feet often have reduced sensation and you could burn yourself without knowing. Pressure Relief: Do not wear tight socks or shoes. Keep the feet elevated and avoid putting weight on the foot with the black blisters.

Your symptoms indicate nerve irritation along with poor circulation and healing after the amputation. In diabetes, such changes need careful attention because delayed healing and further tissue damage can occur if not managed properly. First priority is strict blood sugar control, as fluctuating sugar can worsen burning sensation and delay healing. Avoid sitting for long periods, and keep your legs slightly elevated when resting to support circulation. Do not walk barefoot and protect the feet from any injury or pressure. Keep the affected area clean and dry. Do not try to remove or disturb the black areas or blisters on your own. Since there are color changes, it is important to monitor closely for healing. At home, you can do gentle foot care by washing with lukewarm water, drying properly, and applying a small amount of coconut oil around (not over open areas). Light massage on surrounding areas (not on wounds) can help circulation. Avoid heat exposure directly on the affected part. Nishamalaki churna – 1 teaspoon twice daily before food Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha capsule – 1 capsule at bedtime For local application (only if skin is intact, not open wound): Jatyadi taila – apply gently around the area once daily This will help in supporting nerve health, improving healing, and controlling further progression. Since there is a history of gangrene and current discoloration, a direct clinical examination is strongly advised to prevent complications. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

As a doctor I would suggest this is not something to manage at home . You should consult your diabetic doctor so that he can she and evaluate the seriousness of the blisters or wound . As supportive treatment in ayurveda I will suggest some medicine:- Nishamalaki churna 1tsp twice a day before meal with lukewarm water. Kaishore gugglu 2 tablets twice daily after meal. Praval pishti 250 gm twice daily. wash area with triphala kwath. Dressing with jatyadi oil and cover with sterile gauze.

I can understand how worrying this must feel—especially after already going through a toe amputation. The fear of further complications is very real, and your body is giving you important warning signs right now. Let me guide you clearly and safely. You are facing a combination of: Nerve damage (causing burning, tingling) Poor circulation (causing black/dry tissue) High sugar slowing healing This combination is exactly what leads to repeat amputations if not controlled. Because you already had gangrene once, you are at high of another amputation if this is not treated quickly. Please visit a doctor / diabetic foot specialist within 24–48 hours
