What is causing constant joint and neck pain with inflammation in fingers and wrists? - #53494

All my joints and neck are constantly hurting. I take cod liver oil daily. But that no longer helps. Fingers and wrist are constantly inflamed and extremely painful.

🔹 1. stop relying only on cod liver oil it is not enough for this stage 🔹 2. daily oil + heat (must) warm mahanarayan oil massage joints gently do hot fomentation 🔹 3. internal ayurvedic support (under supervision) simhanad guggulu → best for ama + joint pain mahayograj guggulu → for severe vata pain dashmool kwath → inflammation ashwagandha → strength 🍲 4. strict diet (very important) ❌ avoid completely: curd cold food packaged food rajma, chole (heavy) bakery items ✅ eat: warm khichdi ghee daily ginger + ajwain in food turmeric milk at night 🔥 5. panchakarma (strongly needed) this is your key treatment vasti (oil enema) → best for vata patra pinda sweda janu/kati basti
