Aapki problem me do cheezein hain — habitual masturbation + irritation when stopping, aur semen me grainy (chawal jaise) particles. Yeh aksar stress, frequent ejaculation aur weak digestion ki wajah se hota hai. Sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki masturbation se “permanent weakness” nahi hoti, lekin excess habit se nervous system aur semen quality temporarily affect ho sakti hai. Agar aap 1–2 din chhodte hi irritability feel karte hain, to yeh withdrawal + anxiety pattern jaisa hai, jo time ke saath control ho sakta hai. Diet aur lifestyle simple rakhein. Junk food, excessive spicy food aur late night jagna avoid karein. Daily walk aur exercise shuru karein. Cold drinks aur porn exposure kam karein. Ghar par raat ko garam doodh lena aur meditation/pranayama karna helpful rahega. Ashwagandha tablet – 1 tablet raat ko after food Kaunch beej (Kapikachhu) capsule – 1 capsule din me 2 baar after food Shilajit capsule – 1 capsule din me 1 baar after food Yeh nervous system ko balance karne aur semen quality improve karne me help karte hain.
