your digestive fire become sluggish .according ayurveda eating only boiled food with any healthy fats leads to dryness in colon making it harder for waste to move . ((take the prescribed medications)) and try to add A2 cow ghee in diet avoid cold water n drinks get more hydration ensure your boiled food includes high fiber vegies bottle gourd, ashgaourd , fruits like papaya do little workout of 30 mins daily
Your symptoms are very clearly pointing toward agni (digestive fire) suppression + vata aggravation, mainly caused by an over-restrictive, oil-free boiled diet. You have done a sudden dietary shift, and although boiled food sounds “healthy”, in your case it has become too dry (ruksha), too light (laghu), and deficient in sneha (unctuousness) — which is exactly what worsens constipation, weakness, poor appetite, and even abnormal fat metabolism. what is happening in your body (ayurvedic understanding) constipation (malavrodh) → due to increased vata + dryness loss of appetite (agnimandya) → digestive fire weakened fatigue → dhatu nourishment is not happening properly weight loss + fat gain feeling → metabolism is deranged (improper rasa → meda conversion) high stress → further aggravates vata and suppresses agni main mistake in your diet Only eating: boiled food no oil / no ghee This leads to: dryness in intestines → hard stools no stimulation of digestive enzymes poor absorption → weakness + imbalance what you should do now (practical correction) 1. immediately add sneha (very important) start 1–2 tsp of ghee daily best: mix in warm dal or rice you can also use small quantity of sesame oil in cooking this alone can significantly improve constipation 2. improve agni (appetite correction) before meals: small piece of ginger + pinch of salt or warm water with lemon + little rock salt this will restart digestion 3. correct your meals (do not stay only on boiled food) include: warm, freshly cooked food moong dal khichdi with ghee soft chapati with ghee cooked vegetables with mild spices (jeera, hing) avoid: dry foods excessive raw salads cold food do not drink plenty of water, drink only 1-2 litres as per thirst 4. manage constipation directly at night: 1 tsp ghee in warm milk or mild herbal support if needed this will lubricate intestines 5. stress correction (very important in your case) your high stress is a major cause of both: poor appetite constipation do daily: slow deep breathing (10–15 min) light walk after meals
