Yes you should avoid surgery at least 4 to 5 months. Start the medications as above mentioned and take proper healthy diet. Do yoga pranayam ,completely yours sleep, avoide oily hard to digest junk food artificial prepared food. Avoid contraceptive pills. If you didn’t get relif by using 4 to 5 months medications then we will manage further treatment or medications
