Hello, I understand this is very painful and concerning. Since the pain is intense and making it hard to move the leg, it could be anything from a severe muscle tear to a hip issue or even a hernia. Ayurveda ke according, ye Vata Dosha ke prakop (aggravation) ki wajah se hota hai, jo muscles aur joints mein stiffness aur “Shoola” (pain) paida karta hai. Medicines : 1. Dhanwantharam Thailam: Is tel ko halke haath se dard wali jagah par lagayein (upward strokes mein). Ye nerves aur muscles ko relax karta hai. 2. Sahacharadi Mezhukupakam: Agar dard bohot intense hai, toh 10-15 drops garam doodh ya pani ke saath din mein do baar (khana khane se pehle). 3. Ksheerabala 101 Capsules: 1 capsule din mein do baar khana khane ke baad. Ye degenerative changes aur vata dard mein kaafi asardat hai. Leg lifting avoid karein aur bed rest lein. Dhanwantharam thailam lagane ke baad halki garam potli se sek (fomentation) karein. Thanda khana aur baadi (gas-forming) cheezein jaise chana ya rajma avoid karein. Hamesha garam aur taaza khana khayein.
