Your symptoms are not a simple single-condition problem. This pattern suggests a systemic disorder with neurological involvement, along with hormonal, autoimmune, and metabolic disturbance. Before treatment, important medical evaluation is strongly advised: Blood tests CBC, thyroid profile, vitamin B12, vitamin D, ANA autoimmune panel, kidney function, blood sugar MRI brain if speech and memory issues persist ENT evaluation for chronic sinus blockage and smell loss Urine test and culture for recurrent UTI Now from Ayurvedic perspective: This looks like a combination of Vata imbalance affecting majja dhatu and nervous system Kapha blockage in pranavaha srotas causing sinus and smell loss Rakta and rasa dhatu dushti causing hair fall, greying, nail changes Mutravaha srotas dushti causing recurrent UTI Treatment plan Brahmi Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food For memory, speech, nervous system Ashwagandha churna 5 grams with warm milk at night For strength, hair, nervous system Ksheerabala 101 capsules 1 capsule twice daily after food For vata control and nerve weakness Punarnavadi Kashayam 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food For swelling, kidney support, UTI tendency Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food For urinary tract and kidney health Anu taila 2 drops in each nostril morning For sinus blockage and smell Triphala churna 5 grams at night with warm water For detox and digestion External therapies Nasya daily with Anu taila Abhyanga with Ksheerabala taila or Dhanwantharam taila daily before bath Shiro abhyanga with Neelibhringadi oil for hair fall If possible do Panchakarma under supervision Nasya therapy course Basti therapy for Vata imbalance Diet and lifestyle Avoid cold, refrigerated, processed food Avoid excess sour, fermented foods due to UTI Take warm, freshly cooked food Include ghee daily Drink warm water only Take soaked almonds, black sesame seeds Early sleep before 10:30 pm Avoid mental strain and screen overuse
I have gone through your symptoms carefully there is involvement of nervous system along with chronic sinus issue recurrent urinary infection and general tissue weakness this is not a single isolated condition and needs proper evaluation along with supportive treatment The right sided weakness dropping objects memory difficulty word finding issue and morning headaches should be assessed with MRI brain along with thyroid profile vitamin B12 vitamin D kidney function and urine test and a neurologist opinion is advisable From an Ayurvedic perspective this shows Vata aggravation with dhatu kshaya along with Kapha avarana in head region so treatment should focus on Vata balancing nourishment and channel clearing You can start with the following Anu tailam 2 drops in each nostril in the morning Ksheerabala 101 capsule 1 capsule twice daily after food Ashwagandha churna half teaspoon at night with warm milk Brahmi ghritam half teaspoon at bedtime with warm milk Chandraprabha vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Gokshuradi kashayam 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food Dasamoola kashayam 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food For hair and dryness apply Neelibhringadi taila or Ksheerabala taila to scalp regularly Maintain warm freshly prepared food avoid cold dry and irregular meals maintain adequate rest Monitor symptoms if there is progression in weakness speech difficulty vision change or headache intensity seek immediate medical
thank you for contacting ask ayurveda madam you are facing lots of problem , sorry for that and i will try to bring some relief but i want to know some answers what is your height and weight ? any co morbidity? what all tests you had underwent?( mri brain, nerve conduction study , ct pns , blood investigations did you consulted ent surgeon / neurophysician ? i want to see their diagnosis and prescription? any medication you are using.? how is your urinary and bowel habits by knowing this i can properly evaluate and can prepare a treatment module as you are suffering since long time and it may take some time to get some relief meanwhile i will advice you to undergo panchakarma therapy it is an detoxification and rejunivation therpay it can be done in any good ayurvedic centre. but before pachakarma you need to cleanse your gut (digestive system) it has two stages:- 1] deepana therapy :- it reffers to medications that ignite agni , the metabolic fire ( appetitie simulator ) without necessarily digesting ama. 2]pachana therpay :- digestions—it focus on the digestion of ama. deepana and pachana plays a significant role in the treatment of various aliments while enhancing digestive juices ( agni). it governs metabolic processes, digestion and the body`s overall functionality . now panchakarma therapy it’s a therapy in ayurveda for detoxification and rejuvenation. it is used to remove toxins (ama) from the body and to restore balance to the three doshas in our body ( vata , pitta ,kapha) it is divided into three stages 1]purva karma >> snehana karma :- internal and external administration of medicated oil or ghee, internal :- this are ingested over a period of days to lubricate the tissues and cells all over the body . this helps to loosen the toxins and make ready for evacuation. external: massage with medicated oil to whole body to enhance absorbation through the skin and further loosen the malas >> swedana karma:- after snehna to release the mala from the body , inducing sweating from body by steam bath 2]pradhan karma :- >> vamana :- it is the therapy in which a person is induced controlled vomitings using medicated drugs under observation. this helps in removing excess kapha from the gastro intestinal tract and respiratory system. >> virechana:- it is the therapy in which a person is induced to pass controlled multiple stools thorugh medicated drugs under observation. it cleanses the lower gastro intestinal tract, liver and gall bladder. after panchakarma you have to take medication which i prescribe based on your all reports meanwhile symptomatically i am prescribing some medications , please go through it you need to be constantly in follow up
Your symptoms are not a simple single-condition issue. The combination of memory changes, speech difficulty (wrong words), weakness in grip, one-sided body changes, recurrent sinus blockage, vision changes, and headaches needs proper medical evaluation first. This cannot be managed safely with only home remedies or herbs. Important first step (do not delay): Get these checked: MRI Brain Thyroid profile Vitamin B12, Vitamin D Kidney function tests Autoimmune markers (if advised) These symptoms can be related to neurological or metabolic imbalance, so ruling out serious causes is essential. Along with that, Ayurveda can support recovery: Keep routine simple and stable Proper sleep is very important Avoid overexertion and stress Diet: Warm, nourishing, easy to digest food Avoid processed, very dry, and cold foods At home: Brahmi oil gentle head massage Nasal steam inhalation once daily Brahmi vati – 1 tablet twice daily Ashwagandha churna – ½ teaspoon with milk at bedtime Saraswatarishta – 10 ml with equal water twice daily after food These will support memory, nerves, and strength. But please understand — first rule out serious causes with investigations, then continue supportive treatment. Do not ignore worsening signs like increased confusion, weakness, vision loss, or severe headache. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

It is clear you have been going through a very challenging and complex set of symptoms over the last two years. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 your condition is pointing as an imbalance where Vata (the energy of movement and the nervous system) has become aggravated and is being blocked by Kapha 1. Why are these symptoms happening? The (Vata) that controls your muscles and nerves is not flowing correctly on the right side of your body. This is why you feel puffiness and find it difficult to hold onto small items like spoons. Loss of Smell and Taste: There is a buildup of (Kapha) in the head region. This acts like a physical barrier, preventing your sensory nerves from communicating with your brain. This same blockage is causing your chronic sinus congestion. Memory and Word-Finding: When Vata is blocked, it leads to that foggy feeling where you know what you want to say, but the words don’t come out correctly. Hair and Teeth Changes: This indicates that the body’s deeper tissues are not receiving enough nutrition. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 So according to your condition our goal is to clearing the channels ,restoring the movement and deep nourishment 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 1) dhanvantaram Kashayam- 15 ml with 45 ml water 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. empty stomach 2) ksheerabala 101 capsule- 1 capsule along with morning Kashayam 3) Saraswatarishta- 20 ml with 20 ml water after lunch and dinner 4) rasnadi choornam- apply to the Crown of the head after bath 5) anu thailam- 2 drops in each nostrils every morning 6) ksheerabala thailam- gentle application on the right side apply 30 minute before warm bath 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Favor - Warm, freshly cooked meals. Use cow’s ghee in small quantities to nourish the nervous system. Include spices like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric Avoid : Cold drinks, curd, fermented foods (Idli/Dosa), and heavy-to-digest foods like refined flour (Maida) or excessive sweets Continue drinking warm water. Avoid drinking more than 2 liters if there is no thirst, as excessive water can worsen (puffiness) Ensure strict 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. sleep hygiene avoid daytime sleep Practis anulom vilom for 10 to 15 minutes daily Practice oil pulling With warm seaseme oil everyday 👇👇👇👇👇👇 Please stop the Kashayam and Anu tail for the first three days of your cycle Minimum 3- 6 month of this medicine needs to show you significant and lasting results of your health

Hello dear, It is concerning to hear you are dealing with such a wide range of persistent and progressive symptoms. Given the combination of neurological signs (dropping items, word-finding difficulty, memory loss), sensory loss (smell/taste), and physical changes (asymmetric puffiness, rapid aging, and kidney pain), it is vital that you consult a neurologist and an endocrinologist for a comprehensive workup to rule out systemic or autoimmune conditions. From an Ayurvedic viewpoint, your symptoms suggest a Vata-dominant systemic imbalance with significant Ojus Kshaya (depletion of vital energy/immunity). Vata Vyadhi (Neurological/Physical): The “menthol” sensation on the scalp, tremors, memory issues, and “finding words” difficulty point to Vata invading the Majja Dhatu (nervous system). Asymmetric Shotha (Right-side Puffiness): This suggests an obstruction in the Srotas (channels), specifically involving Vyana Vayu, which governs circulation. Rapid Aging & Hair Loss: This is a sign of Pitta becoming “burned out” by Vata, leading to premature decay of Asthi (bone) and Keshas (hair) tissues. Urdhwaga Rakta Pitta: The nosebleeds occurring alongside kidney pain suggest high internal heat and systemic dryness. To address the dryness, neurological weakness, and kidney health, the focus is on Snehana (oleation) and Rasayana (rejuvenation). 1. Ksheerabala (101) Capsules Purpose: To strengthen the nervous system and address Vata-related memory and motor issues. Dose: 1 capsule twice daily before food with warm water. 2. Chyavanaprash Purpose: To restore the Ojus, improve skin/hair health, and help regain the sense of smell and taste. Dose: 1 tablespoon every morning on an empty stomach, followed by a cup of warm milk. 3. Brahma Rasayan Purpose: Specifically for the “brain fog,” word-finding issues, and memory retention. Dose: 1 teaspoon before bed with warm water or milk. 4. Punarnavasava Purpose: To address the right-side puffiness and support kidney function to prevent recurrent UTIs. Dose: 20ml mixed with 20ml lukewarm water, twice daily after meals. 5. Anu Taila (Nasal Drops) Purpose: To clear the blocked sinuses and revitalize the sensory organs (smell/vision). Dose: 2 drops in each nostril every morning (avoid during active nosebleeds). 6. Chemparathyadi Keratailam Purpose: To cool the scalp and arrest the rapid hair fall and greying. Application: Apply gently to the scalp 30 minutes before washing, 3 times a week.
Some of your symptoms improving earlier doesn’t mean the disease is gone. It likely suppressed symptoms, not the root pathology. Right now, you need diagnosis first, then you can integrate Ayurveda properly Grt an MRI done first
Hello, what all investigations have you done since now. Is there any reports done recently I can see? If you don’t have anything from recently please go for a CBC,ESR,TSH,VITB12,vit D, ferritin, calcium, electrolytes, urine routine, FBS and HBA1C, CRP, ra factor ANA, liver function and kidney function test. Also for zinc and copper. The symptoms you are describing definitely point to something of auto immune origin, so it is important to analyse these reports and more investigations will be needed if an auto immune origin is confirmed to identify it specifically. Do you also feel symptoms like tremors and loss of sensation in skin? What was the assessment of doctors you have consulted throughout this period? Also do you get fever or feverish feeling at night? Please follow the internal medicines advised for 2 weeks and get back. Also please list out the names of all the Ayurvedic preparations you have taken till date and possibly with its brands and how long have you taken it. When was your last pregnancy? Take amruta shandangam kashayam 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water Dhanwantaram gulika 2tab thrice daily before food Ksheerabala 101 Cap 2 in the morning on empty stomach and 2 at bed time Guduchyadi kashaya choorna 10 gm boiled in 1 litre water and taken through out day.
