1.Sarpagandha tablet 1 tab once daily with water after meals
2.Arjumarishat 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals
3.Punarnavasava 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals
4.Triphala churna 1/2 tsp at bedtime with warm water
Diet aur Lifestyle
Khayein: Moong dal, dalia, sabzi, garlic, methi, dhaniya, adrak, jeera, ajwain.
Parhez: Tel-masala, tobacco, alcohol, coffee, red meat, processed food, zyada namak.
Dinacharya: Subah-shaam 20–30 min Anulom-Vilom, Bhramari pranayama.
Khane ke baad chhoti walk, stress kam karna, regular sleep.
