मेरे हाथौं और पैरों लगातार कम्पन बना रहता हैं और पिछले करीब दो सालों से शरीर दिनों दिन कमजोर हो रहा हैं घबराहट भी अधिकरहता हैं और ज्यादा देर तक खङा रहना भी मुश्किल हो गया हैं और थकान व कब्ज भी बहुत रहती हैं पैर और हाथों व शरीर में जैसे जान भी नही रहा हैं

●सामग्री (बराबर मात्रा में): ब्राह्मी पाउडर, जटामांसी पाउडर, शंखपुष्पी पाउडर, भृंगराज पाउडर। मिश्रण विधि: चारों सामग्रियों को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर एक कांच की बोतल में भर लें। सेवन (30 दिन): 1 छोटा चम्मच (लगभग 3 ग्राम) 1 कप गुनगुने पानी में ढककर 10 मिनट के लिए रख दें। • सुबह खाली पेट और शाम को भोजन से 1 घंटा पहले लें। लाभ: न्यूरॉन्स का पोषण, चिंता से राहत, याददाश्त में स्थिरता। ●ब्राह्मी दूध (रात में उपयोग): सामग्री: 1/2 छोटा चम्मच ब्राह्मी पाउडर, 1 कप दूध, 1 चुटकी केसर। विधि: 2-3 मिनट तक उबालें। सोने से 30 मिनट पहले गुनगुना पी लें। लाभ: नींद में सुधार, कोर्टिसोल का स्तर कम करता है और मस्तिष्क को मरम्मत मोड में डालता है। ●तेल मालिश: सोने से पहले 5 मिनट तक सिर और पैरों की मालिश करने से त्वचा के तंत्रिका रिसेप्टर्स से मस्तिष्क को शांत करने वाले संकेत मिलते हैं। ●नास्य (नाक द्वारा उपचार) सामग्री: ब्राह्मी घृत विधि: सुबह खाली पेट लेटें, प्रत्येक नथुने में 5-5 बूंदें डालें और 2 मिनट तक स्थिर रहें। लाभ: लिम्बिक तंत्र को शांत करता है, चिंता कम करता है, स्मृति तंत्र को सक्रिय करता है। ●प्राणायाम और योग (दैनिक) • अनुलोम-विलोम - 7 मिनट • भ्रमरी - 11 बार • सर्वांगासन/हलासन - 2-3 मिनट • 30 मिनट तेज चलना ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति बढ़ाता है और तनाव कम करता है।
