I am 29 years old male ,i am losing my hair and also facing graying of hair and thinning. At temple part i am losing most of hair looks like bald head from side. Some times I use shampoo 2 times daily,due to heavy sweating and dust . I need perfect solutionfor this

●Using Aloe Vera Juice Aloe vera (ghritkumari) is a cooling, nourishing, and anti-bilious remedy. It calms the body’s internal heat and nourishes the hair roots. Internal Use: 1/3 cup fresh aloe vera juice • Consume 3 times a day after meals Consistent use for 3 months yields good results. This remedy improves hair quality from within, not just on the surface. ●Bhringraj oil or paste is used for: • Hair loss • Dandruff • Premature graying of hair Dry scalp. This is why it has been called the “king of hair” in many texts. ● Ingredients: • Amla powder - 1 teaspoon • Bhringraj powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Brahmi powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Honey - 1/2 teaspoon • Lukewarm water - 1 cup ●Method: Mix the powder with water, then add honey. Dosage: 4 days a week, on an empty stomach in the morning. Benefits: • Mineral supply Nutritional support • Antioxidant stress relief • Scalp blood flow support Caution: If you are pregnant or taking medication, consult your doctor first. ●How to Make Ayurvedic Oil Essential Herbs (all in equal amounts) • Bhringraj • Amla • Hibiscus •Neem • Brahmi Curry Leaves Jatamansi Use all herbs in dry, coarsely chopped form.
