i smell like pee down there and idont know wat i should doo am a 18 year old .living in south africa and i believe in home remedies

This is usually due to poor hygiene, low water intake, or early urinary infection (Mutravaha srotas imbalance / Pitta aggravation). Follow this 1. Hydration Drink 2.5–3 liters water daily Add coconut water or barley water (yav jal) 2. Improve urinary health Take Gokshura powder ½ tsp with water once daily Or coriander seed water (soak overnight, drink in morning) 3. Hygiene care Wash genital area 2 times daily with plain water Keep area dry, wear cotton underwear Avoid tight clothes and scented products 4. Diet Avoid spicy, junk, very salty food Include fruits like pomegranate

Hello, 1. Do not reduce water intake. It should be at least 1.5 liters of water a day. 2. Wash the private part with running water thoroughly each time after urinating; then dry the private part with a soft towel which is dry and clean. Take care, Kind regards.
