Is it work for nipple eczema for 17 yr kid.. She is sufferingrromatopiccondition few bumps in aroela area..on both sides . Some discharge from there little bumps Skin is very sensitive so that stereoids wonts work there

Hello, Please avoid the foods which you have already identified as exacerbating the condition. The following will help- 1. Sidharthaka Snana Chuirnam(Vaidyaratnam) to be mixed with water and applied as paste on the nipple; wash with luke warm water before it completely dries up-once a day For 30 days. 2. Takzema(Charak) to be applied 2 to 3 times a day For 30 days. 3. Khadirarishtam 15ml----0----15ml by adding 15ml of boiled cooled water after breakfats an after dinner for 30 days. Follow up after 21st day. Take care, kind regards.

nipple eczema is seen as Pitta–Kapha imbalance with Rakta dushti (blood vitiation) and sensitive skin. 1. Local care Apply pure coconut oil or Shatadhauta Ghrita 2–3 times daily (soothing, cooling) For itching/discharge: light application of Neem oil diluted with coconut oil (1:3) Keep area clean, dry, avoid friction & harsh soaps 2. Internal support Guduchi (Giloy) or Neem in small doses – helps purify blood Amla daily – supports skin healing Khadirarishta - 15 ml twice a day before meal with equal quantity of water 3. Diet (Pathya) Avoid: curd, spicy, fried, junk food Prefer: light, cooling diet (moong dal, vegetables, ghee, fruits) 4. Lifestyle Reduce stress, ensure proper sleep Wear loose cotton clothing
