Hi You Have to consume Khadirarishta in the syrup form for the better results 10 ml both in the morning and night after the food intake Also the Mahamanjishtadi kashaya tablet is available in the market you can easily take in your duty hours too if you are taking 2 tab take in the morning and night if you are taking 1 take 3 times a day better to take before food and the triphala is better when it is consumed as churna (Consume at night 1 tsp also it can be used for bathing - add the chrna to bathing water)
