Jab khana sahi se pachta nahi, toh shareer ko poshan (nutrition) nahi milta, jisse weight nahi badhta aur brain fog/bhoolne ki problem hoti hai. Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage ​Digestion sudharne ke liye (Deepana-Pachana): 1. Dasamoolarishtam: 15-20 ml ko barabar matra mein gungune pani ke saath milakar din mein do baar khana khane ke baad lein.
