Yes,Bilagyl Leha is useful, but: It’s not sufficient alone in a Vata-dominant symptoms. You likely need: Agni restoration Vata anulomana Brimhana RX- Bilvadi leha 1 tsp twice daily after meal. Avipattikar churna 5gm after meal twice a day . 1 tsp cow ghee daily (empty stomach or with food). Stop ibs tablet by charak Twice a day. Follow a Vata-pacifying + gut-healing diet: ▶️ Warm, soft, slightly oily foods Moong dal, rice, khichdi Avoid: ❌ Dry foods Raw salads Excess tea/coffee Long gaps between meals 🌿 Lifestyle correction Eat at fixed times Avoid eating when stressed Gentle yoga: Pawanmuktasana Vajrasana after meals. Follow for 1 month. Dr. Muskan Chopra ayurvedacharyaa

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is understood as Grahani (Agni imbalance + Vata involvement). Since you already got ~70% relief, it means treatment is working—but Agni (digestive fire) is still not fully corrected, so symptoms persist. 1. Don’t switch immediately Changing to Homeopathy now may interrupt progress. In Grahani, treatment often needs 4–6 months for full stability. 2. Focus on Agni correction (most important) Add Deepan–Pachan medicines: Hingwashtak churna (before meals) Avipattikar churna (if acidity/tightness) Continue Bilagyl leha if it suits you 3. Vata balance (for tightness, burping, back pain) Warm water + small sips throughout day Avoid dry, cold, raw foods Use ghee regularly in diet 4. Correct routine Fixed meal timings Eat only when hungry Avoid overeating / long gaps Early dinner + proper sleep 5. Support therapies Mild Takra (buttermilk) with roasted jeera after lunch Anulom Vilom + Vata calming pranayama

Since you have seen a 70% Improvement In your symptoms-which is a significant milestone for chronic IBS 👇👇👇👇🤣 It’s feeling good to receive your latest update. Hearing that 70% of your symptoms have resolved is an excellent result for this stage of your journey. 👇👇👇👇👇👇 Achieving this level of relief within three months, especially after completing Virechana, shows that your body is responding well to the treatment. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👍👍👍 Remaining 30%??? It is quite common for the final 30% of symptoms-like the lingering tightness and dry burps-to take a bit more time to settle. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Regarding your thought on switching to Homeopathy??? it is an option, you have already crossed the most difficult hurdles with your current protocol. I am confident that with a few minor adjustments to your current Bilagyl Leha regimen and your diet, we can close the gap on those remaining symptoms. Let’s stay the course for a few more weeks to solidify these gains. Keep up the great work with your discipline 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 take the Bilagyl Leha followed by a small cup of fresh, churned buttermilk with a pinch of roasted Jeera powder and Saindhava Lavana (Rock salt). 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 If you are currently taking it after meals, moving it to 30 minutes before food can help prime the digestive system and reduce the “upper stomach tightness”. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 If you are taking dose-1 teaspoon once a day Now take 1-teaspoons twice daily: This ensures a consistent level of Bilva in the system to help heal the intestinal mucosa and manage the dry burp

Hello, First- don’t rush to switch yet You’ve alread achieved ~70% improvement in 3 months + virechana. which in Ayurveda is actually a good response for IBS ~type conditions. The remaining symptoms usually take more time and adjustment, not a complete system change Your current symptoms -upper abdominal tightness -dry burps -upper back pain -weight loss -reduced appetite This pattern often suggests vata+ agni disturbance still not fully corrected Internal managemet 1) Treatment direction Right now, focus should shfit from cleansing -> rebuilding digestion + nourishment Only taking Bilagya leha may be incomplete at this stage Internal support 1) Dadimastaka churna= 1/2 tsp with warm water after meals =supports weak digestion, bloating , appetite 2) Hinguvachadi guggulu= 1 tab twice after meals = helps gas, tightness, vata in upper abdomen 3) Jeerakarishtam= 15ml with warm water twice before meals =improves appetite and digestion gently Diet most important for IBS recovery -eat small, frequent, warm meals -strict timing. no irregular eating Best foods -moong dal khichdi -rice + ghee small amount -warm soups Avoid -raw foods, salads -cold drinks -heavy, dry, packaged foods Dr brups + tightness= too much dryness + vata Lifestyle -do not skip meals -gentle walking after meals -avoid overthinking/stress (direct IBS trigger) -sleep on time External support -daily abdominal oil massage with Dhanwantaram taila =helps vata, tightness, and back pain Timeline reality -3 months= 70% better good progress -next 2-3 months = stabilization phase -full recovery in IBS often takes 4-6 months+ Continue Bilagyl leha -add digestion support (dadimastka/hinguvachadi) strict diet + routine oil massage daily Important -Ongoing weight loss + reduced appetite should be monitored If weight keeps dropping.-> do basic tests= thyroid, malabsorption etc Should you switch to homeopathynow? -I would say NO, not yet Because -you are already responding -the treatment just needs adjustment, not abdandonment Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

As you are telling that you are experiencing upper middle back pain . Please go for an ultrasound scan of whole abdomen… rule out gall bladder stones… Start chitrakadi vati 1-0-1 before food and dhanwantharam gulika -1-0-1 after food, for time being…which help in improving hunger and burping Thankyou

Mam. 5 months back only got ultrasound scan… there was 2-3 mm gall bladder stone mentioned and doctor said it is not an issue

Actually whatever symptoms you are facing, can be caused by gall bladder stone…if IBS was not cured…you still would have been experiencing… frequent passing of motion Start with the above given medicines, along with aarogyavaridhini vati-1-0-1 after food… And if possible get a scan done again… treatment for gall bladder stones will be slight different

1.Hingwashtak churna 1/2 tsp twice daily with warm water before meals 2.Dhanwantharam gulika 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Chitrakadi vati 1 tab twice daily with warm water before meals 4.Bilagyi leha 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk or water 30 minn before meals Dietary & Lifestyle Adjustments To stop consistent weight loss and manage Vata dryness: -The Power of Buttermilk (Takra): Drink a glass of fresh, churned buttermilk with a pinch of roasted cumin (Jeera) powder and rock salt after lunch. This is considered the best “medicine” for IBS in Ayurveda. -Lubrication: Since you have dry burps, ensure you include 1 teaspoon of Cow Ghee in your warm meals (khichdi or moong dal). Ghee balances Vata without being heavy on the liver. -Warmth is Key: Avoid raw salads, cold drinks, and dry snacks (like biscuits or puffed rice). Stick to warm, semi-solid foods that are easy to digest. -Abdominal Massage: For the tightness and back pain, gently massage your abdomen with Dhanwantaram Taila or warm sesame oil in a clockwise motion before bathing.

Hello, It is common to hit a “plateau” in IBS treatment around the three-month mark. In Ayurveda, IBS is often correlated with Grahani Roga, where the digestive fire (Agni) is weakened, and the intestinal lining loses its ability to absorb nutrients, leading to the weight loss and “tightness” you are experiencing. The fact that you have completed Virechana (purgation) means the gross toxins (Sthula Doshas) have been removed, but your symptoms dry burps, back pain, and tightness suggest a dominance of Vata Dosha and lingering Mandagni (slow digestion). Back pain & Tightness: This is often Apana Vata moving upward (Udavarta), causing pressure in the diaphragm and mid-back. This indicates Dhatu Kshaya (tissue depletion) because the Grahani (small intestine) is still not functioning at 100% efficiency. Since you are currently only on Bilagyl (which is mainly for bowel consistency), you likely need more specific “Deepana-Pachana” (digestive stimulants) and “Vata-Anulomana” (gas-correcting) support. 1. Dadimadi Ghritam This is excellent for the “tightness” and weight loss. It improves absorption and strengthens the intestinal walls. Dose: 1 teaspoon mixed with lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning. 2. Hinguvachadi Gulika Targeted specifically for dry burps, upper stomach tightness, and the referred back pain. Dose: 1 tablet twice daily, crushed and taken with a little warm water after meals. 3. Jirakadyarishtam A classic post-Virechana tonic to restore the appetite and soothe the irritated gut lining. Dose: 20 ml with an equal quantity of lukewarm water twice daily after meals.
