Internal Medicines Neem tablets – 1 tablet twice daily after food Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily Triphala churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water (for detox) Duration: 4–6 weeks 2. External Application Apply Neem oil or coconut oil + camphor on affected area (2 times daily) You can also use cutis powder to keep area dry Keep area clean and completely dry (very important) 🔹 Diet & Lifestyle (Key for Cure) Take: Bitter foods (Neem, karela, methi) Light, easily digestible meals Avoid: Sugar, sweets, bakery items Curd, cheese, excess milk Spicy, oily, fried foods Hygiene Tips Wear loose cotton clothes Avoid sweating accumulation Do not share towels/clothes For Fungal Nail Apply Neem oil daily Keep nails short and dry
