Suggested Ayurvedic Regimen 1.Chandraprabha vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Gokshuradi guggulu 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Shilajitwadi vati 1 tab twice daily with milk or water after meals 4.Varunadi kwath 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals ADV: -Fluid Management: Avoid drinking large amounts of water or tea after 7:00 PM. Since you mentioned “increased thirst,” ensure you are sipping warm water throughout the day rather than gulping cold water. -Bladder Training: Try to practice Ashwini Mudra or Kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, which can help improve the “weak or intermittent” flow. -Dietary Note: Avoid “Vata-aggravating” foods like dry snacks, cold salads, and caffeine in the evening. A Note on Safety Since you are currently taking Urimax 0.4, please do not stop it abruptly. Ayurvedic medicines can generally be taken alongside it, but it is best to keep a 1-hour gap between your allopathic and ayurvedic doses.

Current ayurvedic Dr gave banshil not shilajit and said taken before meal even varuna kwath too

Treatment plans may vary according to different doctors. This is my treatment plan

I prescribe them after meals to avoid abdominal discomfort and digestion issues

I completely understand why you want to avoid surgery, especially when your PSA is normal and the prostate is only slightly enlarged. If your prostate is only slightly enlarged, why is your urine flow weak and why are you waking up 5 times? Because Urimax relaxes the prostate muscles, the fact that it is not working tells us the issue is not just mechanical blockage. Your bladder muscle itself has become hyperactive and irritable. In Ayurveda, this is a classic case of Apana Vata aggravation causing spasms in the bladder nerves, combined with prostate involvement. ✓20 to 25 days is too short to see structural changes in prostate or bladder tissue. With the correct Ayurvedic protocol, you will see the nighttime frequency drop from 4-5 times down to 1-2 times within 4 to 6 weeks. Complete stabilization of the bladder nerves takes about 3 to 4 months. ✓Ayurvedic Prescription (For Bladder Spasms & Flow) 1. Chandraprabha Vati Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: 30 minutes before meals. Vehicle: Warm water. 2. Gokshuradi Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: 30 minutes after meals. Vehicle: Warm water. 3. Dashamoolarishtam Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of normal water. Time: Twice daily, after meals. ✓Crucial Lifestyle & Urological Rules Double Voiding: Before going to bed, urinate once. Then brush your teeth, wait 5 minutes, and try to urinate again. This ensures the bladder is completely empty, removing residual urine that triggers nighttime waking. Fluid Cut-off: Stop drinking water and all fluids strictly 2 hours before your bedtime. Manage the Thirst: The increased thirst you are feeling is a warning sign. It often accompanies frequent urination because your body is losing fluids, but it can also be an early indicator of blood sugar fluctuations. Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Hello, Addressing nocturia (frequent nighttime urination) through Ayurveda requires a shift from focusing solely on the prostate to balancing Apana Vata, the sub-dosha governing the lower abdomen and excretion. In Ayurveda, this is often categorized under Prameha (urinary disorders) or Mutraghata (urinary obstruction). Since your PSA is normal and the enlargement is slight, the issue is likely a functional imbalance of Vata and Kapha in the bladder. While modern medicine uses alpha-blockers like Urimax to relax muscles, Ayurveda aims to tone the bladder wall and reduce inflammatory “heaviness” in the prostate area. You should notice a decrease in the urgency and a slight reduction in frequency (e.g., waking up 2 times instead of 4). This is the standard window for Ayurvedic herbs to “reset” tissue function. Since this has persisted for 5 months, a complete 90-day course is usually recommended to prevent recurrence after stopping Urimax. Prescription : 1. Varanadi Kwath: 15 ml mixed with 45 ml lukewarm water, twice daily on an empty stomach (30 mins before breakfast and dinner). 2. Chandraprabha Vati: 2 tablets twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. 3. Himsagar Tailam: Apply externally to the lower abdomen (pelvic area) before bed to calm Vata. Limit water intake after 7:00 PM. Sip only what is necessary for medicine. Curd, heavy sweets, and excessively salty foods at dinner, as these increase Kapha and fluid retention.

Frequent night urination with slightly enlarged prostate and weak flow is a gradual condition. It does not get cured instantly, especially when it has been present for months. With proper Ayurvedic treatment and routine, you can expect: First improvement (sleep disturbance reduces) → 2–3 weeks Frequency reduces noticeably → 4–6 weeks Stable control → around 2–3 months Since you have already taken medicines for 20–25 days, you should start noticing mild changes soon, but consistency is very important. Do not rush towards surgery unless symptoms become severe. Routine is very important: Avoid drinking fluids after 7 pm. Empty bladder properly before sleep. Avoid tea/coffee in evening. At home: Before sleep, do warm oil massage on lower abdomen and soles. This helps bladder control. Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Gokshuradi Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Varunadi kwath – 15 ml twice daily Continue Urimax as advised by your doctor. If frequency reduces even by 1–2 times at night, it means treatment is working — gradual improvement is expected. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

I was chain smoker. Quit since April 2025. Taking nicotex 2mg chwing gum twice in a week. Did panchkarma basti in aug 25. Eyes dryness and irritation was for 2 month but cure now. Night urin frequency start dec25 Current problem to stop continuous sensation of pee or irritation and night frequency As per my age 51 is it factor of depression or manupause like. Current ayurvedic medicine from 11th april 1. Chandraprabha 2. Bangshil 3. Gokshura gugal 4. Pashanbhed+varuna+gokharu+satvari powder. From 22nd april add 5. Varunathi kwatha 6. Go sleep vayuveda tablet. Shall I continue all this or change or remove as per your guidance. Thanking you

Your symptoms suggest bladder hypersensitivity with vata imbalance, likely triggered after quitting smoking and nervous system adjustment. This is not menopause-like, and not purely depression — more of a functional bladder control issue. The good part: it is reversible. Right now, you are taking multiple medicines together. This can sometimes increase irritation instead of calming it, so simplifying is better. Continue: Chandraprabha vati – 1 tablet twice daily Gokshuradi guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily Varunadi kwath – 15 ml twice daily Stop for now: Bangshil Powder combination (pashanbhed + varuna etc.) Go sleep tablet (use only if sleep is very disturbed) Routine is very important: Reduce fluids after evening. Empty bladder completely before sleep. Avoid cold exposure at night. At home: Do warm sesame oil massage on lower abdomen and soles before bed — this helps calm bladder nerves. Also remember: After quitting smoking, the body and nerves take 3–6 months to stabilize, and such symptoms can appear during this phase. You should start noticing improvement in 2–3 weeks with this simplified approach. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

Ok sir. Last question should I take Ural BPH along with your guided medicine and one tablet urimax 0.4 after dinner or avoid urimax now. Thanks a lot

can take ural now But avoid taking urimax Take care

Frequent night urination (nocturia) with enlarged prostate is correlated with Mutraghata / Mutravaha Srotas imbalance, mainly due to Vata aggravation and weakened bladder control. Expected Recovery Time Initial improvement: 2–4 weeks (reduced frequency, better flow) Moderate control: 6–8 weeks Stable results: 2–3 months Since you already started Ayurvedic medicines, you should notice gradual improvement within the next 3–4 weeks if treatment suits you. 1. Medicines Chandraprabha Vati – improves urinary control Gokshuradi Guggulu – supports prostate and urine flow Varunadi Kashayam – reduces obstruction Continue current medicines if giving mild benefit 2. Lifestyle: Avoid water intake 2 hours before sleep Empty bladder twice before bed (double voiding) Reduce long sitting, do light walking daily Manage stress (important for Vata balance) 3. Diet: Avoid caffeine, tea/coffee at night Reduce spicy, salty food Take warm, light dinner

Don’t continue all medicines together blindly Your current combo: Chandraprabha Vati Bangshil Gokshura Guggulu Powder mix (Pashanbhed + Varuna + Gokharu + Shatavari) varunadi Kwath Go Sleep tablet This is too heavy and redundant for one problem. better approach continue Chandraprabha Vati continue Gokshura Guggulu OR Bangshil (choose one, not both) continue Varunadi Kwath stop the extra powder mix (for now) use sleep tablet only if really needed 2. get basic tests done (very important) Add tab K4 zandu - 1 tab twice a day after meal Don’t rely only on symptom-based treatment at this stage. Do: urine routine + culture Ultrasound KUB with prostate size PSA (Prostate test) blood sugar (if not recent) this will confirm if it is **Benign Prostatic hyperplasia or something else.

ultrasound kub not done otherwise all report normal but slightly larger prostate so yes it is BPH. should I take Ural BPH tab? for reducing prostate size with mentioned medicine?

yes u can take Ural BPH or Effecto cap …both are affective…take one of this …keep it continue for 3 month

👉Frequent night urination (nocturia) at your age, along with a slightly enlarged prostate and weak urine flow, is most commonly linked to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). 👉Ayurveda can help manage symptoms. RX- Chandraprabha Vati 👉 2 tablets × twice daily after meals Gokshuradi Guggulu 👉 2 tablets × twice daily after meals Varunadi Kashayam 👉 15 ml + equal water, twice daily before meals. 👉Warm milk at bedtime. 🧘 Daily Exercise Plan Morning (10–15 min): Kegel exercises (very important) 👉 Tighten pelvic muscles (like stopping urine) 👉 Hold 5 seconds → relax 👉 10–15 reps × 2 sets Ashwini Mudra – 20 repetitions Evening: 20–30 min walking Avoid prolonged sitting 🥗 Diet Plan ✅ Include: Pumpkin seeds (1 tablespoon daily) Barley water (morning or afternoon) Warm, light dinner before 7:30 pm Garlic + turmeric in food ❌ Avoid: Tea/coffee after 5 pm Alcohol Excess salt (worsens nocturia) Heavy dinner / soups at night. Follow up after 15 days. Dr. Muskan Chopra Ayurvedacharyaa

You have a enlarged prostate issue with high psa value than why thinking of menopause, menopause occurs in female. My honest suggestion would be follow my prescription for one month and let me know if any symptoms or discomfort persist we will plan accordingly.

Hello, Your symptoms are typical of early benign prostate enlargement with vata aggravation affecting bladder control Key signs in your case -night urination 4-5 times -weak urine flow -sleep disturbance -mild prostate enlargement (not severe yet) Good news= this stage is very manageable without surgery if treated consistently Internally 1) Chandraprabha gulika= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =improves urine flow + reduces frequency 2) Gokshuradi guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =reduces prostate swelling and strengthens bladder 3) Varunadi kashayam tablets= 2 tabs twice daily before meals =best for prostate enlargement and urinary obstruction Night control 4) Shilajit capsule= 1 cap at night = improves bladder tone+ reduces nocturia Diet -pumpkin seeds very helpful for prostate -warm, light dinner before 8 pm -barley water Avoid -tea, coffee after evening -excess water after 7 pm -spicy, sour, fried food -alcohol if any Lifestyle corrections -empty bladder before sleep twice if needed -avoid late night eating -gentle walking evening -manage stress affects bladder reflex How long to cure? -2-3 weeks= night frequency reduces (4-5-> 2-3 times) -6-8 weeks= significantly improvement -3 months= stable control Early stage-> good recovery possible without surgery Continue urimax 0.4 as advised (dont stop suddenly) Ayurveda + current medicine together works better initially Surgery is only needed if= severe obstruction, urine retention, complication Your reports don’t suggest that yet Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Managing frequent urination at night, known as Nocturia, requires patience because Ayurvedic treatments focus on strengthening the bladder muscles and reducing the size of the prostate gland naturally, rather than just masking the symptoms. • Chandraprabha Vati:2 tablets twice a day after meals. • Varunadi Vati : 1 tab twice after meals • Gokshuradi Guggulu: 1-2 tab twice 30 min after meal Try chewing on a few seeds of Fennel (Saunf) after dinner. It is cooling, reduces thirst, and has a mild calming effect on the urinary tract. Dos:- Evening Fluid Restriction: Drink 70% of your water before 6 PM. Sip only small amounts of water after dinner. Pelvic Floor Exercises: Practice Ashwini Mudra or Kegel exercises to strengthen the urinary sphincter. Warm Compress: Apply a warm heating pad to the lower abdomen (pelvic area) before bed to soothe Vata. Donts:- Avoid Bladder Irritants: Eliminate caffeine, alcohol, and very spicy foods in the evening. Don’t Suppress Urges: Never hold back the urge to urinate during the day, as this weakens the bladder wall. Avoid Cold Exposure: Keep your feet and lower body warm; cold increases the urge to urinate.

Start with Chandraprbha vati 1-0-1 after food with water and Gokshuradi guggul 2 -0-0 after breakfast with water. Don’t stop allopathic medicine suddenly. Can tapper as you start feeling better. Avoid liquid, and water after 7 pm. Do kegel exercises
