Strong sunlight aggravates Pitta, triggering headaches. Cover your head and wear a hat when going out in the sun. ●Nasal Therapy For headaches, instill 5 drops of warm Brahmi ghee in each nostril. This calms the nerves and reduces pain. ●Herbal Tea to Calm the Mind Herbal Tea to Balance the Emotions Chamomile + Tulsi + Rose has a soothing and calming effect on both the mind and body.

How is your appetite? Answers to the above will help to address the issue appropriately. However, till then you can do the following: 1. Hydrate yourself with 3 liters of water. 2. Set routine for going to bed and waking up and also for your meals. 3. Avoid spicy food, processed food, outside food, bakery food, eep fries, refrigerated food; Eat fresh fruits a plenty; Eat food which is freshly cooked; chew your food well. 4. Start practicing 45 minutes of yogasana and 20 minutes of pranayama everyday. 5. Practice eye exercises. Medicines: 1. Itone eye drops 2-----2-----2----2 2.
