Hello, Kamar dard (lower back pain) aur masturbation ke beech ka sambandh Ayurveda mein Shukra Dhatu (semen/vitality) ke kshaya (depletion) se mana jata hai. Jab shareer se virya ka adhik nishkashan hota hai, toh Vata dosha badh jata hai, jo haddiyo aur kamar ke hisse mein dard paida karta hai. ​Ayurveda ke anusar, excessive masturbation se ‘Dhatu Kshaya’ hota hai, jisse ‘Asthi’ (bones) aur ‘Majja’ (marrow) tissue kamzor ho jate hain. Isse nerves mein dryness aati hai aur back pain shuru ho jata hai. ​ Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage ​1. Ashwagandhadi Lehyam ​Yeh ek balya (strength-giving) tonic hai jo muscle weakness aur back pain ko thik karta hai. ​Dose: 1 se 2 chammach (10-20g) din mein do baar, halke garam doodh ke saath, khane ke baad. ​2. Balarishta ​Yeh Vata dosha ko balance karta hai aur spinal nerves ko mazbooti deta hai. ​Dose: 15-25 ml din mein do baar, barabar matra mein pani milakar, khane ke baad. ​3. Dhanwantharam Thailam (Oil) ​Kamar ki malish (massage) ke liye sabse behtar tel hai jo sujan aur dard kam karta hai. ​Dose: Isse halka garam karke kamar par halke hatho se malish karein aur fir garam pani se naha lein. ​Kuch Zaruri Salah ​ Kuch dino ke liye masturbation poori tarah band karein taaki shareer ko recover hone ka samay mile. ​ Doodh, ghee, khajoor (dates), aur badam ka sevan karein. ​ Seedhe leten waqt ghutno ke niche ek takiya (pillow) rakhein, isse kamar par dabav kam hota hai.

Muscles get strained in one position itself. - Gentle back and leg stretching exercises can be done, if the pain will not increase in that movements. - Sit and sleep in proper posture. - Took rest for 4/5 days. - Reduce the frequency and avoid improper positions. - Do a hot water water over the low back area for 2/3 days. Then if the pain persists, apply mahanarayana tailam and do massage for 15 minutes, and do hot water compress. Slight exercises can be done during this procedure Still the pain persists,took some internal medicine 1. Rasnerandadi kashaya 15 ml+ 45 ml lukewarm water twice daily before food ( 2 weeks ) 2.
