I have melasma on my cheeks and nose since 3 months. I have taken allopathy medication for 2 months but not much improvement seen so far. Please guide me to cure it as it is lowering my confidence levels.

I am 29 years old and digestion is fine and there is no itching

1. Internal balance Take Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) – blood purifier Neem + Khadira – helps reduce pigmentation and heat in blood Aloe vera juice (fresh or herbal) – cools Pitta naturally Drink plenty of lukewarm water with coriander seeds (dhaniya water) 2. External care (skin application) Apply Sandalwood + Rose water paste (cooling and pigment reducing) Use Multani mitti + rose water mask 2–3 times/week Apply Aloe vera gel daily at night 3. Lifestyle correction (very important) Avoid direct sun exposure, always use scarf or sunscreen Reduce spicy, oily, fried foods Avoid late nights and stress Include cooling foods like cucumber, coconut water, amla 4. Yoga & habits Practice Anulom Vilom & Sheetali Pranayama daily to balance Pitta

1.Manjishthadi Kwath – 20 ml twice daily after meals with 20 ml water after meals 2.Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily with warm water after meals 3.Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily with honey or warm water after meals 4.Amla Rasayan – 1 tsp in the morning with warm water empty stomach External Remedies Kumkumadi Taila – apply a thin layer at night on affected areas, wash off in the morning (reduces pigmentation, improves glow). Sandalwood paste – mix with rose water, apply for 15 minutes, then wash (cooling and brightening). Diet & Lifestyle Include: pomegranate, amla, papaya, green leafy vegetables, coconut water. Avoid: spicy, oily, fried foods, excess tea/coffee, late nights. Protect skin from direct sun exposure; use natural sunscreen like aloe vera or sandalwood. Practice pranayama (Anulom-Vilom, Sheetali) to balance Pitta.
