How to treat IBS with diarrhea and abdominal pain while using Kutajirashtam and Vilwadi Gulika? - #54336

I am having IBS Predominant diarrhea for last 2 years . Abdominal pain and gas. Also have sleep issues no deep sleep and little anxiety . I came to know this medicine from friend 1. kutajirashtam Syrup 15ml twice a day 2. Vilwadi Gulika Tablet 2-0-2 My question is how long i need to take this medicine and do i need to add any other medicine along with this.
