The worsening pain and “heavy thighs” you are experiencing, combined with low energy and poor appetite, suggest that your current treatment may not be addressing a secondary issue called Ama (metabolic toxins). In Ayurveda, when appetite is low, guggulu-based medicines (like Lakshadi and Mahayograj) can be difficult to digest, leading to “Ama” that blocks the channels and makes limbs feel heavy.  Since your pain is severe and limiting movement, we need to balance Agni (digestion) while managing the Vata (bone/joint) depletion. I have prescribed medications take medications take them consistently and you will see results soon ayurveda, ayurveda works slowly because it acts on root cause of problem ** The heaviness in your thighs is likely due to stagnation. 1. Deepana-Pachana (Digestive Aid): To fix the poor appetite, take 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ginger juice with a pinch of rock salt 15 minutes before lunch. This “wakes up” your digestion so the Lakshadi guggulu can actually be absorbed. 2. Castor Oil Pack: If the heaviness is intense, a light application of warm castor oil followed by a hot water bag on the knees/thighs can help “liquefy” the stiffness. The Dos✅ • Warm, Easy-to-Digest Foods: Switch to Mung Dal soup (Kitchari) and cooked vegetables.
