Yes, Lichen Planus can come back, especially if your body is weak. Lichen planus is mainly due to Pitta + Vata imbalance and Rakta (blood) dushti. When you feel severe weakness (low Ojas/immunity), the body becomes more prone to recurrence. Why it may return: Stress (you already noted this trigger) Weak digestion (Agni imbalance) Low immunity (Ojas kshaya) Improper diet (spicy, sour, junk) Advice Improve strength (Ojas): take milk with small amount of ghee, soaked almonds Balance Pitta: avoid spicy, fried, sour foods Reduce stress: daily pranayama, meditation Support digestion: light, warm, easy-to-digest food Herbs : Guduchi, Amla, Yashtimadhu

Lichen planus ek auto-immune type skin condition hai, isliye haan — ye wapas aa sakta hai, especially jab body weak ho ya immunity disturb ho. Aapko jo weakness feel ho rahi hai, wo: Medicines ke side effects Low appetite Body depletion ki wajah se ho sakti hai. Is stage par sirf disease control nahi, body strength aur recovery bhi equally important hai. Kuch important baatein: Stress kam rakhein — stress se flare-ups badhte hain. Spicy, sour, fried food avoid karein (ye pitta badhata hai). Simple, nourishing diet lein. Ghar par: Raat ko doodh + thoda ghee lena body ko strength deta hai. Din me coconut water helpful rahega. Mahamanjishtadi kwath – 15 ml twice daily after food Gandhak rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon doodh ke saath raat ko Yeh treatment skin ko calm karega + weakness ko improve karega. Agar weakness bahut zyada hai, to ek baar apne doctor se current medicines review bhi karwayein (dose adjust karna pad sakta hai).
