Due to excessive masturbation a weakness occurs in my body my muscles gets pain and head also I am unable to work due to weakness and.ican't ressist my self from masturbation .if control my masturbation my body gets paining .so please recommend me some medicine to improve my health

This condition is related to Vata aggravation + Dhatu kshaya (tissue depletion), especially Shukra dhatu imbalance, along with mental stress. Why you feel weak: Overindulgence → temporary energy depletion Anxiety / guilt → increases Vata → body pain & headache Lack of control → mental exhaustion Simple Ayurvedic management: 1. Control the habit gradually (not forcefully) Avoid triggers (mobile content, isolation, late nights) Keep yourself engaged in physical work, exercise 2. Strengthen body (Dhatu & Ojas) Daily: warm milk + 1 tsp ghee at night Soaked almonds (5–7) in morning Nutritious diet: khichdi, dal, green vegetables 3. Reduce Vata (for pain) Gentle oil massage (Abhyanga) with sesame oil Regular sleep, avoid late nights 4. Mind control (very important) Pranayama + meditation 10–15 min daily Cold water splash on genitals when urge is strong

Sabse important baat — ye permanent damage nahi hai, aur theek ho sakta hai, lekin control aur routine zaroori hai.
