I have erosive gastritits duodenitis anything i eat feel bloated ,excesive gas , indigestion , after eating feeling i have to poop . So can u give me solution i have erosive gastritis duodenitis from 3 yrs . Anything i eat i have to poop and feel gassy for this i cant travel anywhere . I have endiscopy of erosive gastritis duodenitits and colonscopy

Your condition reflects Amla Pitta + Grahani (weak digestion) with irritation of stomach and duodenum lining. The key is to heal the mucosa, reduce acidity, and stabilize Agni (digestive fire). Treatment Approach 1. Medicines Shatavari churna – 1 tsp with milk (heals erosions, cooling) Yashtimadhu (Mulethi) – ½ tsp twice daily (soothes lining) Kamadudha Ras – helps reduce acidity Avipattikar churna – mild detox + controls acid Kutaj ghan vati – for frequent urge to pass stool (Grahani support) 2. Diet Take light, warm, soft foods: khichdi, rice, moong dal, boiled vegetables Use cow ghee in small quantity (healing effect) Avoid: spicy, fried, tea/coffee, sour foods, packaged food Eat small frequent meals, don’t overeat Drink jeera + saunf water after meals for gas 3. Lifestyle Eat at fixed times, chew properly Avoid sleeping immediately after meals Reduce stress (important trigger in Grahani) Gentle walking after food

Erosive gastritis + duodenitis with bloating and urgency after food indicates strong pitta irritation + sensitive gut lining + weak digestion. In this condition, healing the lining is most important, not just controlling gas. First correct diet strictly: Avoid: Spicy, sour, fried food, tea/coffee, bakery, packaged food, citrus in excess, and long gaps between meals. Prefer: Soft, simple food — rice, moong dal, khichdi, boiled vegetables, ghee in small amount. Take small frequent meals instead of heavy meals. Do not eat very hot or very cold food. Ghar par: Cold milk (if suits you) or gulkand with milk at night helps soothe lining. Coconut water (daytime) is also helpful. Kamdudha ras – 1 tablet twice daily before food Sutshekhar ras – 1 tablet twice daily after food Avipattikar tablet – 1 tablet at bedtime This helps reduce acidity, heal mucosa, and control urgency.
