It resembles an aggravation of vata dosha. Muscle tightness, restricted movements and sensitivity to cold etc deeply correlated with the vata vyadhi condition. Kindly check vit D, CBC, thyroid, Hba1c If possible avoid exposure to cold. Warm oil application along with hot compress can help you. 1. Dasamoola kashaya 15 ml+ 45ml lukewarm water twice daily before food. (1 week) 2. Yogaraja guggulu 1-0-1 after food. 3. Cervigest cap 1-0-1 after food. 4. Myaxyl balm for external application 5. Prasaranyadi tailam - slightly warm oil by double boiling method and apply over the neck area and right shoulder area. You can extend the oil application all over the hand. Because wind is cold and mobile, the treatment must be warming, grounding, and oily to lubricate the joints and relax the muscles. ​ Ayurveda Medicines ​For effective relief, a combination of internal lubrication and external heat is best: ​Myaxyl Capsule: This is a potent anti-inflammatory. Take 1 capsule twice daily after food with warm water. It helps reduce muscle spasms and improves flexibility. ​Kshirabala (101) Capsules: This is specifically for nerve strength and “pinching” sensations. Take 1 capsule twice daily before food. It helps soothe the nerves around the scapula. ​Myaxyl Oil: For external application. Warm the oil slightly and massage it gently onto the neck and right shoulder blade in a downward motion. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before a warm bath. ​Rasnasapthakam Kwath: This herbal decoction is excellent for upper body stiffness. Take 15 ml mixed with 45 ml of lukewarm water twice daily on an empty stomach. ​ ​Keep the neck covered: Always wear a scarf or high-neck clothing when it is windy to prevent the cold from entering the joints. ​Warmth is medicine: Use a heating pad or a warm salt bag compress on your right shoulder blade to “melt” the stiffness. ​Hydration: Drink warm water throughout the day to keep the tissues lubricated from the within.

Cold wind is the direct trigger for your Vata aggravation. •Apply a warm heating pad to the right scapula and neck for 15 minutes before bed. •Drink lukewarm water throughout the day to keep the “Srotas” (channels) clear and lubricated. • Oil Application: Gently massage warm Ksheerabala Tailam on the affected area in downward strokes. Do not apply heavy pressure if the pain is acute. Don’ts ❌ •Avoid sitting directly under an air conditioner or fan, especially after a shower. • Limit the intake of crackers, sprouts, and cold salads, as these increase “dryness” in the body. •Avoid holding your phone between your shoulder and ear or looking down at screens for long periods, which worsens the “trapped” feeling in the shoulder blade. • Sleeping during the day can sometimes increase stiffness in the joints.

Це типова ситуація при впливі холоду та вітру — посилюється напруження м’язів і з’являється защемлення нерва (Vata-тип порушення). Важливо захищати шию і спину від холоду та вітру. Завжди тримайте цю зону теплою, уникайте протягів. Не сидіть довго в одній позі, особливо за комп’ютером. Робіть легкі рухи шиєю без різких поворотів. Повний спокій не потрібен, але перевантаження також слід уникати. Вдома добре допомагає: теплий масаж кунжутною олією на шию і лопатку, після чого зробити легке прогрівання (теплий компрес).
