आपके शरीर में इस समय Vata Dosha और Kapha Dosha का imbalance हो रहा है, जो उम्र के इस phase में common है। इसी वजह से weight बढ़ना, mood swings, कमजोरी और नींद की समस्या हो रही है। सही आहार, दिनचर्या और थोड़े herbal support से इसे balance किया जा सकता है। —Internal Medicines 1) Ashwagandhadi lehyam Dose: 1 tsf Time: After meals, BD (दिन में 2 बार) with milk 2) Shatavari Churna Dose: 1 tsp (5 gm) Time: Bedtime, with warm milk 3) Medohar Guggulu Dose: 2 tablets Time: Before meals, BD 4) Brahmi pearl capsule Dose: 1 capsule Time: Night, after dinner — External Therapy Abhyanga with sesame oil Duration: 15–20 min daily before bath — Pathya (Diet Advice) Warm, light, easily digestible food Avoid: fried, मिठाई, bakery items Include: moong dal, green vegetables, jeera water Night meal: light & before 8 pm – Lifestyle Advice 30 min brisk walk daily Pranayama (Anulom Vilom) – 10–15 min Proper sleep routine (sleep by 10–10:30 pm) — Note 6 weeks follow-up required If symptoms persist, consider Panchakarma consultation

यह menopause phase और Kapha-Vata imbalance से जुड़ा हो सकता है। Take Ashokarishta 15 ml + equal water, दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद। Shatavari Churna 1 tsp रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ। Medohar Guggulu 2 tablets, दिन में 2 बार खाने के बाद। सुबह 30 min brisk walk + योग, pranayama। Avoid: मीठा, fried food, day sleeping, cold food। यदि BP, thyroid, sugar या menopause bleeding issues हैं तो checkup भी कराएं।
