For how long should I take Pilex tablets for bleading internal piles, my age is 65 years female.after taking pilex tablets, I am feeling better after taking pilex tablets for 5 days. Now my question is for how long should I take pilex tablets, I mean ideal period for taking pilex tablets.

Along with medicine, maintain high-fibre diet, adequate water intake, and avoid straining. If bleeding persists or returns, reassessment is needed.

For bleeding internal piles (Rakta Arsha) at your age, improvement in 5 days is a good sign, but complete healing needs longer duration.
Ideal Duration of Pilex Tablets
Continue for 4–6 weeks for proper healing
If symptoms are chronic (>6 months), it can be taken up to 8–12 weeks
After relief, reduce dose gradually or stop
Piles occur due to Pitta (bleeding) + Vata (constipation) imbalance.
Short-term relief is common, but root correction takes time.
Along with Medicine
Keep stools soft: Triphala at night (mild dose)
Take fiber-rich diet + warm water
Avoid spicy, fried, and sour foods
Do not strain during motion
