Hello dear, Yeh ek common samasya hai jo aksar hormonal badlav ya lifestyle ki wajah se hoti hai. Ayurvedic nazariye se isse ‘Shukra kshaya’ ya vata-pitta imbalance mana jata hai, jisse sharir mein kamzori mehsoos ho sakti hai. ​ Ayurveda ki dawaiyan aur sahi dose niche di gayi hai: 1. ​Spermatone Tablet Dose: 1 tablet din mein do baar, khane ke baad halkay garm doodh (warm milk) ke saath. 2. ​Ashwagandadi Lehyam Dose: 1 chammach (10-15 grams) raat ko sote samay doodh ke saath lein. 3. ​Chandraprabha Vati Dose: 1 tablet subah khali pet pani ke saath lein (agar peshab mein jalan ya garmi mehsoos ho). ​ ​Raat ko sone se pehle thande pani se hath-pair dhoye. ​Zyada mirch-masale aur garam tasir wala khana band karein. ​Sone se kam se kam 2 ghante pehle khana kha lein.
