Hi, I have been suffering from constipation for a long time. This started when a medical condition came to my house with a family member lead to poor sleep and lots of stress. Problems after long-term constipation 1. Constipation -- not fully clear in the morning, gas-fart in the morning and throughout the day 2. Right nasal blockage when -- not clear properly 3. Left side headache and head stiffness 4. Neck and back pain started. 5. Mood swing, heavy head most of the time. 6. Dry hair and dry skin I started "triphala guggulu patanjali" 2 tablets at bedtime with warm water + added 1 tbs ghee Is it safe? How many days do I need to take? Should I take 2 tablets after lunch also? Any more suggestions or any other better alternative? Is it safe, or

●Yes, triphala is generally safe: It is a well-tolerated, non-habit-forming formulation often used for long-term digestive support. ●Some of the common causes Weak digestive system. Low intake of fluids. Diet containing low fibers. Lack of exercise. Abuse of laxatives. Some medications like analgesics, anti-depressants. Some diseased conditions- metabolic and endocrine disorders, neurological disorders. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, fear. ●Triphala Capsules – 2 Capsules twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Kumari Saar – 15-20 ml of the juice, to be diluted in a glass of water and taken two times per day. Hingwashtaka churna 1 tsp with first morsel of food and 1 tsp of ghee after breakfast, lunch and after dinner. For 30 days. 3.
