GGT badhna liver ki sujan/strain ko dikhata hai. Ye mainly Ahar-Vihar (diet & lifestyle imbalance) se hua hai. When Agni is weak, it produces Ama (toxic, undigested metabolic waste) that accumulates in the liver (Yakrit), disrupting its normal functions and increasing blood lipids. ​The strategy focuses on Deepana-Pachana (kindling metabolism and digesting toxins) and Lekhana (scraping away excess fat). ​ ​1. Liposem tablet Contains Guggulu, Vrikshamla, and Arjuna to enhance fat metabolism and scrape away excess cholesterol. Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily, taken 30 minutes after meals with warm water. 2. Heposem Syrup Formulated with Bhumyamalaki and Trikatu to detoxify the liver, protect liver cells, and bring down elevated GGT levels. Dosage: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) twice daily, taken before meals. ​Repeat Liver Function and Lipid Tests: Schedule a repeat fasting blood test in 4 to 6 weeks to evaluate your progress.
