Halka aur garam bhojan lein, tel-masale aur bahar ka khana avoid karein, khane ke baad thoda walk karein aur samay par bhojan karein. —Chikitsa: 1)Tab. Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab BD after food 2)Tab. Chitrakadi Vati – 1 tab BD before food 3)Syrup Kumaryasava – 15 ml + equal water BD after food 4) SYP livomyn 1 tsf with equal amount of water after meal twice daily ----Pathya: Halka, garam, supachya bhojan Tel-masala, junk food, cold drinks avoid Khane ke baad halka walk Samay par bhojan aur puri neend —Follow up: 15 days later.

लगातार गैस, पेट दर्द, खाना ठीक से न पचना और शरीर में कमजोरी आयुर्वेद में सामान्यतः अग्निमांद्य (कमज़ोर पाचन अग्नि), बढ़ा हुआ वात दोष और आंतों में “आम” बनने के कारण माना जाता है। 6 महीने से समस्या रहने का मतलब है कि पाचन तंत्र को सही तरीके से संतुलित करने की जरूरत है। क्या करें सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी पिएं। भोजन हमेशा समय पर करें, ज्यादा देर खाली पेट न रहें। रात का खाना हल्का और जल्दी लें। खाने के बाद 5–10 मिनट धीरे टहलें। दिन में बार-बार चाय, बिस्किट, नमकीन और बाहर का खाना कम करें। क्या खाएं मूंग दाल खिचड़ी हल्की सब्जियां: लौकी, तोरी, गाजर जीरा, अजवाइन, सौंफ का हल्का प्रयोग पतली छाछ में भुना जीरा और थोड़ा सेंधा नमक अदरक का छोटा टुकड़ा खाने से पहले थोड़ा नमक लगाकर ले सकते हैं क्या न खाएं राजमा, छोले, ज्यादा बेसन ठंडा पानी, कोल्ड ड्रिंक तला-भुना और फास्ट फूड ज्यादा मिर्च-मसाला देर रात खाना और तुरंत सोना घरेलू उपाय अजवाइन + काला नमक आधा चम्मच अजवाइन हल्का भूनकर चुटकी काला नमक के साथ गुनगुने पानी से लें। हींग का प्रयोग पेट दर्द और गैस में लाभ देता है। दाल/सब्जी में थोड़ा प्रयोग करें। सौंफ पानी खाना खाने के बाद सौंफ चबाएं या उबालकर पानी पिएं। कमजोरी के लिए जब पाचन सुधरेगा तभी शरीर को सही पोषण मिलेगा। पर्याप्त नींद लें ज्यादा तनाव और चिंता कम करें हल्की सुबह की सैर करें आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टि से ऐसी स्थिति में हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण, अविपत्तिकर चूर्ण, लवण भास्कर, दशमूल या दीपनीय-पाचन औषधियां देते हैं, लेकिन बिना जांच लंबे समय तक स्वयं दवा न लें।

Hello, Gas aur hajam na hona (Aman/Agndimandya) body me Pachak Agni (digestive fire) kam hone ki wajah se hota hai. Jab khana theek se digest nahi hota, toh usse ‘Aama’ (toxins) bante hain, jo gas, pet dard aur nutrients na milne ki wajah se sharir me durbalta (weakness) paida karte hain. Prescription : 1. ​Gas aur Hajam ke liye: Dasamoolarishtam lein. Ise 15 se 25 ml ki quantity me din me do baar, khane ke baad, barabar matra (equal quantity) gungune pani ke sath mix karke peena hai. 2. ​Pet dard aur Acidity ke liye: Alsactil Tablet lein. Iski 1 se 2 tablets din me do ya teen baar, khane se adha ghanta pehle gungune pani ke sath lein. 3. ​Agni badhane aur Durbalta ke liye: Dhanwantharam Pills lein. Iski 1 se 2 tablets din me do baar, khane se pehle gungune pani ya jeera pani ke sath chaba kar ya chus kar lein.
