सही lifestyle, Ayurveda, exercise और मानसिक संतुलन से body recovery और stamina दोबारा बन सकता है। लगातार smoking, stress, overthinking, depression, excessive masturbation और लंबे समय की कमजोरी से शरीर में Vata imbalance, nerve weakness और धातु क्षय जैसी स्थिति बन सकती है, जिससे energy, confidence और stamina कम हो जाता है। लेकिन अच्छी बात यह है कि शरीर में recovery की क्षमता अभी भी बहुत अच्छी होती है। क्योंकि आप पहले football player रहे हैं, इसलिए आपका body memory और muscle response अभी भी वापिस improve हो सकता है। आयुर्वेद अनुसार क्या करें Ashwagandha – ताकत, stamina और मानसिक तनाव कम करने में सहायक। Shilajit – ऊर्जा, कमजोरी और recovery के लिए उपयोगी। Brahmi / Jatamansi – overthinking, anxiety और depression में लाभकारी। Chyawanprash – immunity और body nourishment के लिए। सुबह हल्की exercise, सूर्य नमस्कार और धीरे-धीरे running शुरू करें। Smoking और late night habits धीरे-धीरे बंद करें, क्योंकि यही recovery को सबसे ज्यादा रोकती हैं। Protein, दूध, घी, dry fruits, मूंग दाल, फल और पौष्टिक भोजन लें। रोज 7–8 घंटे नींद लें और mobile/negative thinking कम करें। जरूरी बात अत्यधिक masturbation से स्थायी नुकसान नहीं होता, लेकिन लगातार stress, guilt, smoking, खराब sleep और depression शरीर को कमजोर बना देते हैं। सही routine और treatment से stamina, muscle strength और confidence वापस आ सकते हैं। धीरे-धीरे शुरुआत करें — पहले walking, फिर jogging, फिर football practice। नियमितता रखने पर 6–12 महीनों में अच्छा improvement महसूस हो सकता है।

Aapki condition me Dhatukshaya, Ojas-kshaya, Vata vriddhi, Nidra-nasha aur Manasik chinta ke lakshan dikh rahe hain. Recovery possible hai, lekin dheere-dheere Bala, Agni aur Ojas ko restore karna hoga. ------Advice: -Smoking bilkul gradually stop karein; ye Prana-vaha srotas aur stamina ko weak karta hai. -Ati-maithuna/adhik masturbation se Shukra dhatu aur Ojas weak ho sakta hai, isliye frequency gradually reduce karein. -Raat ko 10–11 baje tak sleep routine banayein, screen/porn avoid karein. -Daily light walk + pranayama se start karein; direct heavy football/sprint na karein. -Diet me ghee, milk, dates, almonds, moong dal, khichdi, seasonal fruits, protein-rich food lein. ------Rx: 1) Ashwagandhadi avleh 1 tsf BD with warm milk after food. 2) Brahmi Vati 1 tab BD after food. 3) Drakshasava 15 ml + 15 ml water BD after food. 4) Chyawanprash 1 tsp morning with milk. 5) tab tentex forte Himalaya 1 tab twice daily 6) Manasmitra vati 1 tab at bed time ----Advice: Smoking gradually stop, masturbation/porn reduce, sleep 10–11 pm, daily 15–20 min walk + Anulom-vilom/Bhramari, heavy football initially avoid. ----Follow-up: 15 days.
