At age 36 with recurrent miscarriage due to low progesterone/luteal phase defect, Ayurveda may help improve endometrial support and ovulation quality, but do not stop gynecologist follow-up. AFC 10–11 is reasonably fair. Patanjali Divya Santati Sudha and Divya Nari Kanti may support hormonal balance and uterine health in some women, but alone they are usually not enough for recurrent miscarriage cases. Take Phala Ghrita 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily after food Shatavari Churna 3–5 g with milk at bedtime Ashokarishta 15 ml + equal water after lunch and dinner Pushyanug Churna 2–3 g twice daily after food if spotting or weak luteal phase present Continue folic acid and vitamin D if prescribed by gynecologist. Avoid Excess fasting Late sleep Stress Heavy exercise after ovulation Very spicy/junk food Time: Usually 3–6 months of regular treatment is needed before trying conception again.

Ayurveda ke according low progesterone/luteal phase issue ko Artava-vaha srotas dushti, Apana vata imbalance aur Garbhashaya bala kshaya se relate kiya ja sakta hai. Divya Santati Sudha & Divya Nari Kanti supportive tonic ki tarah help kar sakte hain, lekin miscarriage prevention ke liye in par alone depend na karein. -----Advice: Pregnancy plan karne se pehle 3 months tak garbhashaya-poshak rasayana treatment + diet follow karein. –Rx – 3 months before conception planning 1) Phala Ghrita – 1 tsp with warm milk, morning empty stomach 2) Shatavari Churna/Capsule – 500 mg BD after food 3) Ashokarishta – 15 ml + 15 ml water BD after meals 4) Brahmi Vati – 1 tab HS if stress/sleep issue -----Diet/Lifestyle: Milk + ghee, soaked almonds, black sesame, dates, moong dal, paneer/curd include karein. Late night, fasting, excessive exercise, caffeine, stress avoid karein. Fertile window tracking karein. ----Duration: 3 menstrual cycles, then reassess progesterone/follicular monitoring. ----Important: Pregnancy positive hote hi all medicines review karein. Low progesterone/miscarriage history me gynecologist se progesterone support zaroor discuss karein.

Hello, Ayurvedic Perspective on Luteal Phase Defect In Ayurveda, a miscarriage caused by a luteal phase defect and low progesterone is viewed as a Garbhasrava or Garbhapata resulting from a weakness in the Garbhashaya (uterus) and an imbalance in Vata and Pitta Doshas. The luteal phase corresponds to the phase of Kshetra (the uterine field/endometrial lining) preparation and the action of Agni (hormonal metabolic transformation). When Apana Vata (the downward-moving energy regulating the reproductive organs) is vitiated or Artava Dhatu (reproductive tissue) lacks sufficient nourishment (Dhatu Kshaya), the endometrium fails to sustain the conceptus, leading to early pregnancy loss. Your Antral Follicle Count (AFC) of 10–11 is a reassuring sign of healthy ovarian reserve for age 36. The therapeutic focus needs to be on enhancing Garbhashaya Bala (uterine strength) and stabilizing progesterone production through Garbhasthapana (pregnancy-sustaining) herbs.
Evaluation of Divya Santati Sudha & Divya Nari Kanti Yes, Divya Santati Sudha and Divya Nari Kanti can be beneficial as supportive therapies: Divya Santati Sudha: Contains potent Garbhasthapana and fertility-enhancing herbs like Putrajivak and Shivlingi, along with Shatavari. These herbs work at the cellular level to improve endometrial receptivity and support the natural secretion of progesterone from the corpus luteum.
Divya Nari Kanti: Formulated with Ashoka, Nagkesar, and Shatavari, which soothe Pitta, regulate Artava Pravritti (menstrual flow), reduce pelvic inflammation, and help tone the uterine musculature. Prescription : 1. Phalagritham: 10 grams to 15 grams taken twice daily on an empty stomach with a glass of warm milk. This classical medicated ghee is premier for Garbhashaya Shodhana (uterine purification) and directly nourishes the corpus luteum to improve progesterone synthesis. 2. Saraswatharishtam (with Gold / Regular): 15 ml to 20 ml mixed with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, taken twice daily after meals. This balances Vata, relieves the psychological stress associated with previous pregnancy loss, and supports the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis. 3. Shatavari Gulam: 10 grams to 15 grams (approx. 1 tablespoon) twice daily after food. This acts as a powerful Rasayana for female reproductive tissue, promoting a thick, healthy endometrial lining.

At age 36 with a history of recurrent miscarriage and suspected luteal phase defect (low progesterone), it’s important to understand that progesterone support alone may help some women, but the cause of miscarriage is often multifactorial — egg quality, implantation issues, thyroid/prolactin imbalance, clotting disorders, insulin resistance, endometrial health, autoimmune factors, etc. An AFC of 10–11 is actually reasonably reassuring for ovarian reserve at your age, especially if AMH and other fertility tests are normal. Regarding the medicines: Patanjali Divya Santati Sudha is traditionally used for fertility support, ovulation, uterine nourishment, and hormonal balance. Patanjali Divya Nari Kanti is more commonly used for female hormonal regulation, menstrual irregularity, weakness, leucorrhoea, etc. These may help general reproductive health in some women, but there is no strong scientific evidence that they reliably correct luteal phase progesterone deficiency or prevent miscarriage on their own. For progesterone support you will have to take progesterone suppliments as priscribed by the gynacologist to keep healthy pregnancy. Things that matter strongly at 36: Sleep quality Protein intake Vitamin D, B12, ferritin optimization Healthy BMI Stress reduction Avoiding smoking/alcohol Monitoring ovulation timing Early progesterone support after ovulation/conception Important investigations you need to keep a watch on: Thyroid profile (TSH ideally <2.5 while trying) Prolactin Vitamin D HbA1c APS/thrombophilia panel if recurrent miscarriages Mid-luteal progesterone Endometrial thickness and ovulation tracking Morning Routine On waking Warm water Optional: 1 tsp soaked black raisins + 2 soaked almonds + 1 walnut Empty stomach (choose one) Warm milk with ½ tsp shatavari powder OR 1 tsp ghee in warm water if digestion is dry/constipated Sunlight 15–20 minutes morning sunlight daily Breakfast (high protein is essential) Aim: 20–25 g protein Options: Moong chilla + paneer Eggs + millet roti Greek yogurt + nuts + seeds Vegetable dal cheela Oats with seeds + milk + nuts Sprouts + coconut + vegetables Add: Pumpkin seeds Sesame seeds (excellent traditionally for reproductive health) Flax seeds (small quantity) Avoid: Sugary breakfast Only tea + biscuits Frequent bakery foods Mid-Morning Choose one fruit: Pomegranate Papaya (before conception is okay in moderate amount) Apple Berries Orange/seasonal citrus Hydration: Coconut water 2–3 times/week Lunch Plate structure: 25% protein 25% whole grains 50% vegetables Best foods: Moong dal Urad in moderation Homemade paneer Fish/eggs if non-vegetarian Ghee (1–2 tsp/day) Beetroot Carrot Green leafy vegetables Sweet potato Good grains: Jowar Bajra Red rice Hand-pounded rice Wheat if tolerated Important micronutrients for fertility: Iron Zinc Selenium Omega-3 Folate Choline Evening Instead of tea + snacks: Roasted makhana Nuts Fruit Protein smoothie Herbal tea Reduce: Excess caffeine (keep under 1 cup/day ideally) Cold drinks Packaged snacks Dinner (light and early) Best timing: Before 8 pm Options: Khichdi + ghee Soup + paneer Dal + vegetables Millet roti + sabzi Avoid: Heavy fried food Restaurant food frequently Late-night eating Sleep (VERY important for progesterone) Sleep by 10–10:30 pm 7.5–8 hours sleep Poor sleep lowers progesterone and affects ovulation quality Exercise Best fertility-supportive movement: Walking Yoga Light strength training Pelvic circulation exercises Avoid: Excessive HIIT Overexercising Extreme weight loss diets Helpful yoga: Baddha Konasana Viparita Karani Setu Bandhasana Bhujangasana Pranayama: Anulom Vilom Bhramari Deep breathing Reduce very hot yoga or excessive heat exposure. Things That Can Harm Implantation/Hormones Reduce: Smoking/passive smoke Alcohol Plastics for hot food Excess perfumes/chemicals Very high stress Crash dieting Repeated fasting Fertility Timing Tips Intercourse every alternate day around ovulation window Don’t wait only for one “exact” ovulation day Avoid excessive stress around conception timing Medication: Along with divya santati sudha and nari kanti add Phal ghrit 2 tsp daily t snacks time with COW milk. Cap. Femigen 2 caps twice a day before food Tab. Pushpadhanva ras 2 tabs twice a day before food Tab. Garbhapal ras 2 tabs twice a day before food Pushyanug churna 1 tsp twice a day before food with COW milk. Syp. Ashokarishta 2 tsp thrice a day after food. Get uttar basti with phal ghrit done at a panchakarma center near you.

At 36, with an AFC of 10–11 and other fertility reports being normal, this is still a hopeful situation in Ayurveda. After miscarriage, the focus is usually on improving Beeja quality (ovum health), Garbhashaya strength (uterine nourishment), hormonal balance, and reducing stress-related Vata imbalance. Divya Pharmacy products like Divya Santati Sudha and Divya Nari Kanti may help support female reproductive health, uterine strength, and hormonal balance in some women, but they should ideally be taken —especially after miscarriage and in cases of low progesterone/luteal phase defect. According to Ayurveda, recurrent low progesterone tendencies are often linked with: Vata aggravation Dhatu weakness (especially Artava Dhatu) Stress and mental overthinking Poor uterine nourishment despite normal reports Ayurvedic approach generally focuses on: Strengthening ovulation and luteal phase Nourishing the uterus and endometrium Improving implantation support Calming stress and balancing hormones naturally Helpful Ayurvedic support measures: Warm milk with a small amount of ghee at night Adequate sleep and stress reduction Avoid excessive fasting, overexercise, and late nights Include sesame, soaked almonds, dates, makhana, and Shatavari-rich foods if suitable How much time can it take? Usually Ayurveda works gradually. Many women may require around 3–6 months of consistent treatment, cycle tracking, proper diet, and lifestyle correction before seeing improvement in luteal support and conception health.

Your Antral Follicle Count (AFC) of 10–11 is actually a very encouraging sign for a 36-year-old, indicating that your ovarian reserve is quite healthy. The focus now is purely on improving egg quality, strengthening the endometrial lining, and enhancing Kshetra (the uterine field) to sustain a pregnancy. ••From an Ayurvedic perspective, recurrent early miscarriage due to a luteal phase defect (low progesterone) points toward a weakness in the Garbhashaya (uterus) and an imbalance in Apana Vata (the sub-dosha governing reproduction and retention) and Pitta Dosha (which governs the hormonal and thermal environment required to sustain a pregnancy) 1.Divya Santati Sudha Does it help? •Yes. This is specifically formulated for female infertility and strengthening the reproductive system. It contains herbs like Putranjivak and Shivlingi, which have been traditionally used in Ayurveda to enhance fertility, improve egg quality, and structurally strengthen the uterus to prevent early pregnancy loss (Garbhasrava). ••Role in Low Progesterone: While it doesn’t contain hormones, it acts as an Ayurvedic uterine tonic to nourish the corpus luteum (the gland that secretes progesterone after ovulation). 2. Divya Nari Kanti Does it help? •Yes, as a supportive therapy. This formulation is excellent for balancing the overall endocrine system, regulating the menstrual cycle, and reducing pelvic inflammation. It contains herbs like Shatavari, Ashoka, and Lodhra. ••Role in Low Progesterone: Ashoka and Lodhra are highly Grahi (binding/retaining) and Asrigdhara-nashak, meaning they tone the endometrial lining and help prevent the premature shedding associated with a short luteal phase. ••Comprehensive Ayurvedic Protocol for Luteal Phase Support 1.Phala Ghrita: This is considered the premier classical Ayurvedic formulation for preventing miscarriage and treating luteal phase issues. It is a medicated ghee that directly nourishes the endometrium. Dosage: 1 teaspoon with warm milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 2.Shatavari Churna / Tablets: Shatavari is a potent phytoestrogen and progestogenic herb that stabilizes the luteal phase and builds a thick, healthy uterine lining. ••Ahara (Diet): Include Jeevaniya (life-giving) foods. Consume organic cow’s milk, ghee, almonds, walnuts, soaked raisins, and fresh pomegranates (which explicitly build the blood and uterine lining). Avoid highly spicy, piercing (Tikshna), and fermented foods, as they increase Pitta and can trigger early bleeding. ••Vihara (Lifestyle): Chronic stress elevates cortisol, which literally “steals” the building blocks needed to make progesterone. Daily gentle yoga (like Baddha Konasana or Butterfly Pose to increase pelvic blood flow) and Pranayama (Anulom Vilom) are crucial

Yes sleep mostly 6hr… & stress is little bit in working life

Ohkk…you can start also ashwagandha tablet…0-0-1 after food with normal water… Have a great and healthy life… In future u also take my personal consultation…after 10-15 days follow up

According to Ayurveda, miscarriage cause is poor uterine nourishment, and uterine muscle strength. We need to take medicine that can improve the quality of ovum and also give strength to uterus. Divya Nari kanti , ingredients supports female reproductive health, , balance hormone, but may not be effective during pregnancy and post miscarriage. Divya Santati shuddhi is used to enhance fertility So you can continue Santati Shuddhi, also add Phalgrith 2tsp twice before food with warm milk.

Hello, First- with -AFC 10-11 -otherwise normal fertility pannel -only luteal phase/progesterone weakness -and one miscarriage This is not a hopeless fertility picture at all. At 36, ovarian reserve appears reasonably preserved form the AFC alone. The major goal is -improving ovulation quality -strengthening luteal phase -supporting implantation -stabilizing the uterine environment -reducing subtle vata aggravation From an Ayurvedic view, recurrent low progesterone tendency usually relates to -apana vata instability -mild dhatu kshaya -stress affecting reproductive hormones -weak uterine nourishment -occassionally subtle pitta/vata imbalance in the endometrium About the medicines you mentioned 1) Divya pharmacy santati sudha this is mainly aimed toward -fertility support -ovulation support -uterine nourishment -improving conception chances It may help indirectly in progesterone support by improving reproductive tissue quality 2) Divya pharmacy Nari kanti more useful for -hormonal balance -menstrual regulation -female reproductive strengtth can be supportive but is usually not enough alone for a significant luteal phase defect with miscarriage history My Ayurvedic view These formulation are acceptable supportive medicine, but for -age 36 -miscarriage history -suspected luteal insufficiency You usually need -stronger uterine rasayana -ovulaton quality support -progesterone supportive herbs -vata stabilization -proper preconception planning Best Ayurvedic plan 1) Shatavari granules= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =supports female hormones, supports endometrium, improves luteal phase quality, coolig + nourishment, reduces miscarriage tendency due to deficinecy 2) Phala ghrita= 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk minimum 3 months before conception =classic ayurvedic fertility medicine, implantation support, uterine nourishment, recurrent miscarriae tendency, apana vata stabilization, improves reproductive tissue quality 3) Ashokarishtam= 20ml with warm water twice daily after meals (only of cycles are irregular/ heavy) 4) Ashwagandha capsules= 1 cap at bedtime with warm water =useful in stress, sleep issues, anxiety, adrenal strain, luteal weakness linked to stress response How long does it take? Usually -3-6 months for. meaningful reproductive strengthening -sometimes longer depending on stress, egg quality, and implantation factors For best results -do not rush conception immediately -first strengthen the cycle quality for a few months Diet -warm nourishing foods -ghee -milk -soaked almonds -black sesame -dates -saffron milk -mung -root vegetables Avoid -excessive fasting -overexercise -cold/raw foods -excessive caffeine -sleep deprivation Lifestyle very important -sleep before 10:30 pm -moderate exercise only -avoid excessive HIIT -reduce emotional stress -avoid excessive travel during luteal phase Yoga and pranayam -baddha konasana -viparita karani -gentle pelvic circulation yoga -nadi sodhana -yoga nidra Avoid -overheating yoga -excessive abdominal strain after ovulation Important pregnancy advice Once pregnant -many herbs are stopped -medicines should not be continued blindly -management changes trimester wise Your fertility picture is still encouraging because -AFC is decent -other reports are normal -issue seems focused on luteal support The most useful ayurvedic plan is usually -phala ghrita -shatavari -vata stabilization -stress reduction -proper sleep -uterine nourishment for 3-6 months Divya santati sudha and Nari kanti may help somewhat, but stronger classical fertility support is usually prefereed for recurrent progesterone weakness and miscarriage prevention Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
