FREQUENT STICKY STOOLS 3-4 TIMES A DAY, SOMETIMES INDIGESTED STOOL SPECIALLY IN THE MORNING 2 TIMES AND MIDNIGHT 2 AM. AND BLOATING AFTER EATING LUNCH AND DINNER AND PASSING STOOL. I AM HAVING ANAL FISSURES CHRONIC.

Your symptoms suggest Kapha-Vata imbalance with Vishama Agni/Mandagni, intestinal ama formation and chronic irritation of guda leading to fissure. Frequent sticky stools, undigested particles, bloating after meals and night bowel movements indicate impaired digestion rather than simple fissure alone. Take Chitrakadi Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals Bilvadi Churna – 1 teaspoon with warm water twice daily before meals Kutaj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals for sticky frequent stools Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water if straining/hard evacuation present Jatyadi Taila local application over fissure 2–3 times daily Triphala sitz bath with warm water nightly Diet Avoid curd at night, bakery foods, excess tea/coffee, fried food, nonveg heavy meals Avoid overeating at dinner Use warm water only Prefer rice gruel, green gram, thin buttermilk with roasted jeera, cooked vegetables Important: Midnight stools and persistent symptoms for long duration may also need evaluation for IBS, proctitis, infection, malabsorption or inflammatory bowel disease. i had this issue 2-3 years ago, and at that time i got fissure but after diet modification and some ayurvedic medicine like kutjarishta and triphala, haritaki issue was minimal. but one month ago i did paschimottana asana after 10 months and got navel pain. i thought it is navel displacement scenario. but i have done navel setting with an ayurvedic practioner. but still problem persist. and my weight is around 100 kg with potted belly and height of 5’9".

Your symptoms suggest Mandagni (weak digestion), Ama formation (toxins), and Vata-Pitta imbalance affecting the intestines and anal region. Sticky frequent stools, bloating, indigestion, and chronic fissure are commonly linked with poor gut digestion and irregular bowel movement. Diet & Lifestyle Avoid fried, oily, spicy, bakery, junk food, cold drinks, and late-night eating. Eat simple warm foods like moong dal khichdi, soft rice, cooked vegetables, jeera-ajwain soups. Chew food properly and avoid overeating. Drink warm water throughout the day. Take dinner early and light. Helpful Home Remedies After meals: Take ½ tsp roasted ajwain + pinch of black salt with warm water for bloating. For digestion & sticky stools: Drink jeera-fennel-coriander boiled water twice daily. At bedtime: Take 1 tsp ghee in warm milk or warm water to soften stool and support fissure healing. For Anal Fissure Do warm sitz bath for 10–15 minutes after stool. Apply Jatyadi oil or coconut oil locally for soothing and healing. Avoid straining during bowel movement. Ayurvedic Medicines Kutajghan Vati – helps regulate frequent loose/sticky stools. Avipattikar Churna or mild Triphala at night for digestion and bowel correction. Takra (thin buttermilk) with roasted jeera after lunch improves gut health.
