Ayurvedic diagnosis: Vata Vyadhi / Pada Suptata — वात वृद्धि, नसों की कमजोरी/स्नायु-दौर्बल्य जैसा लक्षण। ----Note: Diabetes, B12 deficiency, lumbar nerve compression आदि की जाँच भी जरूरी है। ---- Internal Medicines 1) Mahayograj Guggulu 1 tab bd, भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी से। 2) Ekangveer Ras 1 tab bd, भोजन के बाद। 3) Ashwagandha Churna 3 gm hs, रात को गुनगुने दूध/पानी के साथ। 4) Dashmoolarishta 15–20 ml + बराबर पानी, bdafter food। Duration: 4–6 weeks, फिर follow-up. ±-----External Treatment 5) Sahacharadi Tail Abhyanga पैर के तलवे, पिंडली और कमर पर 15 मिनट daily। Nadi Swedana / Hot fomentation Abhyanga के बाद 10 मिनट गुनगुना सेक। 6) Padabhyanga रात को सोने से पहले तलवों पर तेल मालिश। -------- Panchakarma Plan A. Local Abhyanga + Nadi Sweda 7–14 days B. Kati Basti अगर कमर से पैर तक सुन्नता/दर्द/झनझनाहट आती है। 7 days with Mahanarayan/Sahacharadi taila. C. Patra Pinda Sweda स्नायु कमजोरी, stiffness, walking difficulty में। 7 days as per strength. D. Basti Chikitsa — Yoga Basti – Anuvasana Basti with Sahacharadi/Mahanarayan taila Niruha Basti with Dashmoola kwath based basti Duration: 8 days / 16 days as per condition. E. Nasya- Ksheerbala Taila Nasya 7 days ----- Diet & Lifestyle ठंडी चीजें, दही रात में, cold drinks, सूखा/फास्ट food, ज्यादा चलना/खड़े रहना avoid करें। गर्म, ताजा, घी युक्त हल्का भोजन लें। Moong dal khichdi, garlic, methi, ajwain, saunth useful. Hello, पाँव के तलवे में सुन्नता (numbness), बधिरता और चलने में तकलीफ होना आयुर्वेद में ‘Padaha-harsha’ या ‘Vata Vyadhi’ (Vata dosha का बढ़ना) माना जाता है। नसों में कमजोरी या रक्त संचार की कमी के कारण ऐसा महसूस होता है। Prescription : ​Internal Medicines (खाने की दवाएं) 1. ​Ksheerabala 101 Avarthi Capsules : यह नसों की कमजोरी (nerve degeneration) और सुन्नता के लिए सबसे बढ़िया है। ​Dose: 1 से 2 कैप्सूल दिन में दो बार, हल्के गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ, खाना खाने से पहले। 2. ​Dhanwantharam Kwath (Tablet or Liquid): यह वात दोष को शांत करता है और नसों को ताकत देता है। ​Dose: 2 टैबलेट सुबह-शाम लें। 3. ​Maharasnadi Kwath Tablet: यह पैरों की जकड़न, दर्द और नसों की सूजन को कम करने में मदद करता है। ​Dose: 2 टैबलेट दिन में दो बार, खाना खाने के बाद गुनगुने पानी से। ​External Applications (बाहरी उपाय) 1. ​Ksheerabala Thailam (Oil): रात को सोने से पहले और सुबह नहाने से पहले इस तेल को हल्का गुनगुना करके पैरों के तलवों और पूरे पैर पर हल्के हाथ से मालिश (Abhyanga) करें। यह नसों को रीजुवेनेट करता है ​Padabhyanga: तेल मालिश के बाद 10-15 मिनट के लिए पैरों को हल्के गुनगुने पानी में नमक डालकर डुबोकर रखें। इससे ब्लड सर्कुलेशन बढ़ेगा और सुन्नता कम होगी।
