●Okay, I am giving some medication, you will have to use it for 4 to 5 months. ●Kaunch beej Powder - 2 teaspoon with warm water or milk ●Makardwaj Ras - 2 tab 2 times a day after food ●Khadiradi Vati - 2 tabs twice a day before food.twice a day before food. ●Shilajit Capsules- 1 Capsules 2 times a day after food. ●Safed Musli powder - 2 teaspoon with warm hot cow milk in the morning ●Chavanprash 2 teaspoon 3 times a day. ●Varunadi kwatha 20 ml 3 times a day. ●Take foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats.antioxidants like berries, leafy greens, and nuts to help reduce oxidative stress. रात में स्वप्नदोष (Nightfall) और लड़कियों से बात करते समय चिपचिपा पानी आना आयुर्वेद में धातु कमजोरी, मानसिक तनाव, अधिक कल्पना, वात-पित्त असंतुलन और कमजोर पाचन से जुड़ा माना जाता है। 10 साल से समस्या होने के कारण शरीर में कमजोरी और वजन न बढ़ना भी दिखाई दे रहा है। घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है, सही दिनचर्या और उपचार से सुधार संभव है। रोज सुबह-शाम 1 गिलास गुनगुना दूध में 1 चम्मच अश्वगंधा चूर्ण मिलाकर लें। रात को सोने से पहले 1 चम्मच शतावरी या सफेद मूसली चूर्ण दूध के साथ लें। पाचन सुधारने के लिए भोजन के बाद थोड़ा जीरा + सौंफ चबाएं। ज्यादा मसालेदार, फास्ट फूड, शराब, तंबाकू, पोर्न और हस्तमैथुन से बचें। देर रात जागना बंद करें और रोज 7–8 घंटे नींद लें। सुबह व्यायाम, प्राणायाम और ध्यान करें, इससे मन शांत रहेगा और अनावश्यक उत्तेजना कम होगी। वजन बढ़ाने के लिए दूध, घी, केला, भीगे बादाम, खजूर और पौष्टिक भोजन लें। उपयोगी आयुर्वेदिक औषधियाँ: चंद्रप्रभा वटी अश्वगंधारिष्ट धातुपौष्टिक चूर्ण

Ye nightfall ko rokkne aur shareer ki kamzori door karne ke liye behtar hai. ​2. Aahar (Diet) aur Weight Gain ​Jab tak aapka digestion (Agni) sahi nahi hoga, tab tak shareer ka vajan nahi badhega. •​Doodh aur Kela: Roz subah 2 kele aur ek glass gunguna doodh (mishri dalkar) lein. •​Kishmish aur Badam: Raat ko 5 badam aur 10 kishmish paani mein bhigo dein. Subah badam ka chilka nikaal kar acche se chaba-chaba kar khayein. ••​Khatte, Tikhe aur Masaledar khane se parhez: Zyada mirch-masala, fast food, aur khatti cheezein shareer mein Pitta badhati hain, jisse nightfall aur leakage ki samasya badhti hai. Isliye saada aur nutritious khana khayein. ​3. Vihar (Lifestyle & Mental Health) ​Kyunki ye samasya lagbhag 10 saal purani hai, iska asar aapke mansik swasthya par bhi padta hai. Khayalon par kabu paana aur nervous system ko shant rakhna zaroori hai. ••​Triphala Churna: Raat ko sote samay 1/2 chammach Triphala churna gungune paani se lein takis pet saaf rahe. Kabz (Constipation) hone par pressure padta hai aur nightfall/leakage zyada hota hai. ••​Raat ka niyam: Sone se kam se kam 2 ghante pehle khana kha lein. Sone se pehle haath-paer thande paani se dhoien aur koi bhi exciting ya objectionable content/videos dekhne se bachein. ••​Pranayama: Roz subah 15 minute Anulom-Vilom aur Bhramari pranayama karein. Ye aapke dimaag ko shant karega aur excitement par control layega. ••Ye samasya purani hai, isliye is therapey ko asar dikhane mein 3 se 6 mahine ka samay lag sakta hai. Dhairya (patience) rakhein.
