Which blood test is 960 with normal 0–100? Please tell the exact test name from the report (example: IgE, CRP, ESR, uric acid etc.) because treatment changes completely depending on the test. Since you have recurrent urticaria, stress and dry skin, if this is IgE elevation, commonly used Ayurvedic support is: Haridra Khanda – 1 tsp twice daily after food with warm water Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily after food Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp at night if acidity/constipation present Diet Avoid curd at night, seafood, bakery items, cold drinks, excess spicy food Reduce stress, late nights Continue yoga and anulom vilom regularly Apply coconut oil or virgin sesame oil for dry skin

reading of 960 (normal 0–100) is most commonly seen in Total IgE blood test, which reflects an allergic tendency in the body. Simple interpretation: This level is significantly elevated, suggesting your body is in a hyper-allergic state, which matches your history of urticaria (hives). Ayurvedic understanding: This pattern is closely linked with: Pitta + Vata imbalance Rakta dushti (impure/reactive blood) Ama accumulation (toxins from digestion/stress) Condition similar to Sheetpitta / Udarda (urticaria) Stress, dry skin, and occasional allergic reactions indicate your system is sensitive and reactive rather than weak diet-related. What this means practically: Your immune system is over-responsive to triggers (food, weather, stress, dust) Urticaria once a year still shows a latent allergic tendency Ayurvedic supportive approach: Haridra (turmeric) + Neem + Guduchi for blood purification Amla + Aloe vera for cooling Pitta Light, clean diet; avoid excess spicy, fermented, or junk food Stress control is key: continue Anulom Vilom + yoga

Hello, A blood reading of 960 with a reference range of 0–100 suggests a significant elevation in a marker, which is common for tests like IgE (Immunoglobulin E), often used to check for allergies, or inflammatory markers like ASO titers or specific enzyme levels. Please consult your physician immediately to correlate this number with your specific clinical symptoms, as interpretation depends entirely on what was measured. In Ayurveda, your symptoms (urticaria, dry skin, and stress-induced flare-ups) indicate a Vata-Pitta imbalance.
Pitta: The redness and inflammation of urticaria (Sheetapitta) point to aggravated Pitta (heat) in the blood (Rakta) and skin.
Vata: The dryness and sensitivity, exacerbated by your stress, indicate high Vata. Root Cause: Stress and poor digestion can lead to the formation of Ama (metabolic toxins), which, when combined with heat, triggers allergic responses in the blood.
Prescription : 1. Maha Manjishtadi Kwath: Helps purify the blood (Raktashodhak) and reduces inflammation.
Dose: 15 ml mixed with 60 ml of warm water, twice daily before food. 2. Nimba Amritadi Eranda Tailam: Excellent for skin conditions and blood detoxification. Dose: 1–2 teaspoons (5–10 ml) once daily with warm water or as directed by a physician, typically for a short duration to facilitate purgation. 3. Guduchi Satva: A cooling, anti-allergic herb that balances Pitta and boosts immunity. Dose: 500 mg with honey, twice daily. Recommended Lifestyle Adjustments Use Eladi Keram or Nalpamaradi Keram (KAP products) for full-body massage before bathing. This will significantly reduce skin dryness and soothe Vata. Since stress is a trigger, increase the duration of Anulom Vilom and incorporate Sheetali Pranayama (cooling breath) to specifically pacify the Pitta-related heat and stress. Avoid sour, salty, and fermented foods (e.g., curd, pickles, vinegar) as they aggravate Pitta and trigger hives. Focus on cooling foods like coconut water, bottle gourd, and mung dal.

May I know which blood test is showing 960??is it aec levels?

I think mostly you are saying about IgE report… in skin allergy condition ige level reaches high…its due to low immunity level…it indicates toxin concentration in blood is high…so proper medication, diet and detox treatment is very essential…i want your complete blood test report and proper history about your disease…dm for more information…book your appointment

••A reading of 960 IU/mL against a normal upper limit of 100 IU/mL indicates a significantly elevated Total IgE (Immunoglobulin E) level. This confirms that your immune system is in a highly hypersensitive, hyper-reactive state. Analyzing Your Current Routine ••Yoga & Gym: It is excellent that you have built a 3-month consistency. Exercise helps mobilize toxins (Amavisha). However, if you are over-exerting in the gym, it can further aggravate Vata (causing more dryness) and Pitta (generating excess internal heat). Keep the workouts moderate, ensuring you do not finish feeling exhausted or overheated. ••Anulom Vilom: This is one of your best defenses. Anulom Vilom Pranayama directly pacifies Vata Dosha, balances the nervous system, and helps bring down the emotional stress driving your Pitta flares. •••To deeply root out a 960 IgE baseline, we must address the root causes: pacifying Pitta, nourishing Vata dryness, cleansing the blood, and managing stress. A. Internal Cleansing & Blood Purification (Shodhana & Shamana) •Tikta Rasa (Bitter Herbs): Bitters are the supreme remedy to cool Pitta and cleanse Rakta Dhatu. Classical formulations like Mahamanjisthadi Kwath or Khadirarishta (taken under professional guidance) are highly effective for recurrent skin hypersensitivity. •Allergy Pacifiers: Classical preparations containing Haridra (Turmeric), such as Haridra Khanda, are specific to Sheetapitta and act as natural mast-cell stabilizers to lower the systemic allergic response over time. B. Managing Dryness (Abhyanga) Do not leave your skin dry, as dry skin compromised by Vata allows allergens to penetrate the skin barrier easier. ••Practice Abhyanga (self-massage) before bathing using Eladi Tailam or plain Coconut Oil (which is cooling to Pitta). Avoid harsh chemical soaps that strip your skin barrier. C. Dietary Refinements for Sheetapitta Even with a good diet, minor adjustments can significantly cool down a 960 IgE reading: ••Strictly Avoid: Excessively sour, salty, and sharp-spicy (Katu, Amla, Lavana) foods. Limit fermented foods (like idli, dosa, curd), pickles, bakery items containing yeast, and nightshades (tomatoes, brinjals), as these are naturally Abhishyandi (clogging) and histamine-releasing in Ayurveda. ••Favor: Cooling, hydrating, and sweet/bitter foods. Ghee (cow’s ghee) is excellent for both pacifying Vata dryness and calming Pitta inflammation.
