At your age and with a history of coronary stenting, it is very important to be cautious. Hridayarnava Rasa is a classical Ayurvedic herbo-mineral formulation used for cardiac support, but it is not a replacement for allopathic heart medicines, especially after stenting. It should never be used to reduce or stop cardiac drugs on your own, as this may increase the risk of serious complications. Ayurvedic supportive approach You may consider Ayurveda only as add-on supportive care 1. Heart & circulation support Hridayarnava Rasa: only take carefully Strengthening herbs like Arjuna are often preferred as safer long-term cardiac support 2. BPH (urinary symptoms) Gokshura, Varuna, Chandraprabha Vati may help urinary flow and prostate comfort 3. ED (sexual weakness) Ashwagandha and Shilajit are traditionally used for vitality, but must be used carefully due to heart condition 4. Acidity & constipation Triphala at night in low dose Warm water, light dinner, avoid spicy/fried foods Key advice: Your symptoms are likely side effects of long-term cardiac and BP medications, which is common at this stage. Instead of reducing medicines yourself.
