Hello, The following will help you to address the issue- 1. Lakshadi guggulu 2----0----2 one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner with medicine no.2. For 45 days. 2. Rasnasapthakam kwatham 20ml—0----20ml+ 80ml of boiled cooled water with medicine no.1 For 60 days. 3. Ellumnishaadi lepa to be applied,once a day to the affected joint by mixing with rice wash water. 40 minutes before taking shower. 4.
