••नमस्ते। एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक (Ayurvedic Doctor) के नाते मैं आपको बिल्कुल सही और वैज्ञानिक रूप से प्रमाणित जानकारी दूँगा। ••आपकी उम्र अभी 26 वर्ष है। सबसे पहले हमारे लिए यह समझना ज़रूरी है कि आधुनिक चिकित्सा विज्ञान (Modern Medical Science) और आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, पुरुषों में लंबाई बढ़ने की एक निश्चित उम्र होती है। ••लड़कों में आमतौर पर 18 से 21 वर्ष की उम्र तक हड्डियों के छोर पर मौजूद ‘एपिफिसियल प्लेट्स’ (Epiphyseal Plates या Growth Plates) पूरी तरह से फ्यूज (बंद) हो जाती हैं। एक बार जब ये ग्रोथ प्लेट्स बंद हो जाती हैं, तो उसके बाद प्राकृतिक रूप से या किसी भी दवा/उपकरण के माध्यम से हड्डियों की लंबाई बढ़ाना संभव नहीं होता। ••पोस्चर और रीढ़ की हड्डी के लिए योगासन अक्सर गलत तरीके से बैठने या खड़े होने के कारण रीढ़ की हड्डी थोड़ी झुक जाती है, जिससे हाइट कम लगती है। नीचे दिए गए आसनों से रीढ़ की हड्डी में खिंचाव आता है और शरीर सुडौल बनता है: •ताड़ासन (Palm Tree Pose): यह पूरे शरीर को ऊपर की ओर खींचता है और पोस्चर को सीधा रखता है। •भुजंगासन (Cobra Pose): यह रीढ़ की हड्डी को लचीला और मजबूत बनाता है। •पश्चिमोत्तानासन: इससे पीठ और पैरों की मांसपेशियों में खिंचाव आता है। •चक्रवासन या धनुरासन: यह रीढ़ की हड्डी के कड़ेपन (Stiffness) को दूर करते हैं। 2. आयुर्वेदिक धातु पोषण और सप्लीमेंट्स भले ही इससे हड्डियों की लंबाई न बढ़े, लेकिन 26 की उम्र में हड्डियों की डेंसिटी (Bone Density) और मांसपेशियों की ताकत को बनाए रखना बहुत ज़रूरी है: ••अश्वगंधा चूर्ण: आयुर्वेद में इसे बल्य (ताकत देने वाला) और रसायन माना गया है। रोज रात को 1 चम्मच अश्वगंधा चूर्ण गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। यह मांसपेशियों को मजबूती देता है। लक्ष्दि गुग्गुल या अर्जुन क्षीरपाक: यह हड्डियों को कैल्शियम और पोषण देने में मदद करता है। ••दूध और घी: अपने आहार में गाय का दूध और ए-2 घी शामिल करें, जो अस्थि धातु (Bone Tissue) को पोषित करते हैं। 3. दिनचर्या और मालिश (Abhyanga) ••अभ्यंग (Massage): हफ्ते में कम से कम दो बार तिल के तेल (Til Taila) या महानारायण तेल से पूरे शरीर की मालिश करें। इससे जोड़ों का स्वास्थ्य बेहतर रहता है और शरीर सीधा (Erect) रहता है। ••गहरी नींद: आयुर्वेद में ‘निद्रा’ को उपस्तंभ माना गया है। रात को 7-8 घंटे की गहरी नींद लेने से शरीर में टिश्यू रिपेयर अच्छे से होता है।
