Based on your symptoms, Hadjod may be helpful for supporting bone health, especially if there is a history of previous injury. However, Hadjod alone may not completely address your problem. ----Since you have been experiencing bone and joint pains for more than 6 months, have low calcium intake, and lead a sedentary lifestyle, the symptoms may also be related to calcium deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, muscle weakness, or the after-effects of an old injury. ----I would advise: • Hadjod Capsule – 1 capsule twice daily after food. • Lakshadi Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water. • Ashwagandha Churna – 3 grams at bedtime with warm milk. ----Diet and lifestyle: • Increase calcium-rich foods such as milk, curd, paneer, sesame seeds (til), ragi, and almonds. • Take early morning sunlight exposure for 15–20 minutes daily. • Start regular walking and gentle exercises to strengthen bones and muscles. • Maintain good hydration. ----It would also be beneficial to check Vitamin D, Calcium, and Vitamin B12 levels, as deficiencies can commonly cause bone, muscle, and joint pains. ----If pain increases, swelling develops, or you experience recurrent fractures, please consult
According to Ayurveda, your symptoms of weak bones, recurrent joint pains, toe discomfort, past injury history, low calcium intake, and a sedentary lifestyle suggest a combination of Vata aggravation and possible Asthi Dhatu (bone tissue) depletion. When Asthi Dhatu becomes weak, bones, joints, ligaments, and muscles may become more prone to pain, stiffness, and injury. Is Hadjod the Right Solution? Yes, Hadjod is one of the most commonly used Ayurvedic herbs for supporting bone health. Traditionally, Hadjod is used to: Support bone healing after injuries and fractures Strengthen bones and ligaments Reduce joint discomfort Support recovery from musculoskeletal weakness Improve bone tissue nourishment However, Hadjod alone may not fully address your condition if there is underlying calcium, vitamin D, or other nutritional deficiency.
