नमस्कार। आपकी समस्या सुनकर लगता है कि गर्दन (Cervical Spondylosis/Manya Graha) के कारण दर्द कंधों और ऊपरी पीठ तक फैल रहा है, जो सुबह उठते समय और पीठ के बल सोने पर अधिक बढ़ जाता है। आयुर्वेद में यह मुख्यतः बढ़े हुए वात दोष से संबंधित माना जाता है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार योगराज गुग्गुलु – 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ। अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – 3 ग्राम सुबह-शाम गुनगुने दूध के साथ। दशमूल क्वाथ – 20 ml बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुना पानी मिलाकर सुबह-शाम भोजन के बाद। बाह्य उपचार महानारायण तेल या क्षीरबला तेल से गर्दन, कंधों और ऊपरी पीठ की हल्की मालिश करें। मालिश के बाद 10–15 मिनट गर्म सेंक (Hot Fomentation) करें। सोने का सही तरीका बहुत ऊँचा या बहुत पतला तकिया न लें। Cervical support pillow का उपयोग करें। पेट के बल सोने से बचें। लंबे समय तक एक ही स्थिति में न रहें। जीवनशैली रोज़ 15–20 मिनट हल्के गर्दन व्यायाम करें। गर्म पानी पिएँ। ठंडी हवा, AC की सीधी हवा और ठंडी चीज़ों से बचें। मोबाइल और लैपटॉप का उपयोग गर्दन झुकाकर लंबे समय तक न करें।
