How To Heal Mouth After Quitting Tobacco? - #59256

I am really struggling with this mouth ulcer situation after I decided to quit tobacco. It’s like, I thought quitting would be a relief, but now I have got this painful sore that's making everything difficult — eating, talking, you name it! At first, I didn’t think quitting tobacco could cause mouth ulcers, but it seems like everyone says it can. Like, why does this happen? Is it normal to get these sores after quitting? I have read that it might take time for the mouth to heal after quitting tobacco, but how long do nicotine sores usually last? I really wanna know how to heal my mouth after quitting tobacco because this is just not fun at all! I also feel like, maybe my body’s reacting to the lack of nicotine or something, but it’s so frustrating when I’m trying to do something positive by quitting. Any advice on what to do or what to expect would be super helpful!
