Stay hydrated and drink warm water throughout the day. Add a pinch of cumin and fennel seeds for better digestion and circulation.
Ensure consistent sleep, with a routine bedtime and wake-up time. Avoid screens at least an hour before sleeping.
6. Ayurvedic Therapies
Panchakarma treatments like Shirodhara (continuous pouring of medicated oil on the forehead) or Nasya (nasal administration of medicated oils) can help significantly. Consult a qualified Ayurvedic doctor to guide you through these therapies.
