विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र:
I am a doctor who mainly works with Viddha karma, Agni karma, Panchakarma and vacuum therapy as part of my daily clinical practice. Over time I have developed a strong interest in these procedures because of the kind of relief they can offer when used correctly. I deal with cases where pain, stiffness or long standing discomfort does not respond easily, and these methods often help when applied with care. My work involves understanding the body response before planning any procedure, because every patient reacts differently. Some days results come quickly, some days it takes more patience, and that is part of the process. I try to stay attentive to small changes, and adjust treatment slowly rather than rushing it. I focus on practical application, not just theory, and I believe hands on experience teaches more than textbooks sometimes. Over time, working with these therapies has shaped my clinical judgement and improved how I handle complex cases, even when progress feels uneven or slow.
उपलब्धियों:
I am proud to say I received the Best Doctor award from Karma Ayurveda, and honestly it meant a lot to me at that time. The recognition came from the work I was doing day to day with patients, and it felt good to see that effort noticed. I don’t see it as a final achievement, more like a reminder to stay focused and responsible in my work. Awards come and go, but the learning and patient trust stays, and that part still matters most to me.

I am a doctor with around 2–3 years of hands on experience, mainly working with chronic cases and conditions related to Vata imbalance. Over this time I have treated many patients dealing with long standing joint pain, stiffness, nerve related issues and skin concerns that slowly affect daily life. My work mostly focuses on understanding how Vata disturbances show up differently in each person, and why some problems keep returning even after treatment. I spend a lot of time observing patterns, lifestyle habits and digestion, because in many cases the root cause is not very obvious at first. Some days progress feels slow, other days improvement comes unexpectedly, and both teach something. I try to keep my approach practical and patient friendly, without rushing the process. Working with chronic cases has helped me build patience and better clinical judgement. I still believe learning never really stops, and every patient adds something new to my understanding, even when the case looks simple at first.
