विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र: | I am mainly working with musculoskeletal desorders, metabolic desorders, women health issues, infertility and also various skin desorders, though sometimes all these overlap in ways that make me rethink a case halfway through a consult. I pay a lot of attention to how pain patterns shift, or how metabolism feels “off” for someone even when the reports look normal… tiny clues make big diffrence.
When I deal with women health concerns or infertility cases, I try to go slow and listen more, because patients often mention something small at the end that actually guides the whole plan. My notes get a bit mixed up at times, but the process stays honest and steady.
Skin desorders come with their own surprises—one day a simple rash turns more complex, and I catch myself checking the patient’s routine twice just to be sure. Ayurveda gives a broad way to read these patterns, and I adjust the approach depending on digestion, stress load, daily habits.. sometimes too many dots to connect, but I manage.
I aim to keep treatment practical and understandable, even if my wording slip or a comma goes missng!! The goal stays the same: help people find relief in a way that truly fits their life. |
उपलब्धियों: | I am holding certificates from the anorectal workshop at Vaidhyaratnam Thrissur, which really pushed me to look deeper into practical steps of managing anorectal cases even if I was scribblng notes too fast back then. I also completed various certificates from MIMS education, each one adding a small but useful layer to my clinical thinking. Sometimes I mix up the exact module names, but the learning stay solid, shaping how I handle day-to-day situations!! |
I am an Ayurvedic physician with about 9 years of experience in ayurveda treatment, ayurveda councelling and wellness consulting, and honestly some days I feel like I’m still discovering new layers of old principles that I thought I alredy knew well. My work mostly revolves around understanding a person’s prakriti, digestion patterns, stress load… all those tiny details that shape their health even when they dont realise it. I try to keep the approach practical, not overcomplicated. Sometimes I pause mid-consult because a patient says something small that change the way I look at their case, and I kind of go back to check my notes again (my handwriting is terrible.,). But that’s part of the real clinical flow for me. I rely on classical Ayurvedic assessment and combine it with simple lifestyle guidance, though my explanations get a bit tangled when I talk too fast during counselling!! Over these 9 years I worked with a wide range of conditions—digestive discomforts, sleep disbalance, hormonal shifts, chronic stress patterns, general wellness concerns. Nothing exaggerated, just steady hands-on practice that shaped my confidence one patient at a time. Sometimes I wonder if I should structure consultations more neatly, but then people tell me they like that I talk in a more free way, making things easier to understand. As a wellness consultant I focus a lot on sustainable routines. Small changes in diet, herbal support, posture corrections, daily rhythms… they all matter. I do adjust plans often, maybe too often, especially when someone’s lifestyle doesn’t match the perfect protocol, but healing rarely follows a straight line right. You can connect with me for guidance or treatment if you feel stuck with your health or just want clarity. I may take an extra minute to think through your case or correct a spelling on my prescription pad!! but the intention stays steady—to offer careful, thoughtful ayurvedic care that fits into your actual life, not just the textbook version of it.
